Kevin SExtremely disappointed with my truck rental. The 10ft truck reeked of rotten meat and seafood, exactly like a fish market with decaying raw produce. The terrible smell filled the cargo area. It was obvious the truck was never deep cleaned or deodorized after the last customer. Driving for hours in that stench made our moving process miserable, and some of our items picked up the odor. The company needs strict vehicle sanitization protocols between rentals. I expect proper follow-up on this sanitation failure.

ERMAFRANCES ASystem for dropping off keys after hours is crap. Tried multiple times to use the key lockers without luck. Locked the truck and drove home with the key. Ended up calling 1st thing in the morning to tell the staff what happened, and then had to make another trip to drop the key- an hour round trip. Very inconvenient.

steven pThe first truck I got had no air conditioning and was dirty. The back smelled like mold and was covered in something. The second truck was clean but had trouble with its get up and go and it took the like 25 minutes to even print me a contract so I could check the gas and miles before I left. When I returned it they didn’t want to check it in while I was there until I pushed for it to get done.
MICHEAL VNot sure if I would recommend. Should have recieved a discount. Also the trailer did not have a tongue jack. Which made it hard to hook back up once loaded. Not happy.

ARMAND TLong wait to pick up a trailer that was reserved. They were having a busy day, but 25 minute wait to pick up a reserved item seemed a bit much. However, the staff was pretty good.

I had a reservation for 9 and was not able to get into something different at the same rate for ~2hrs. The employees were nice and personable though so thats a positive
BRAEDEN OInform customers about procedures for returning the truck after hours. We weren't told about this when we were picking up the truck and became nervous when we found the store was closed upon return.

Jesus NThe rental staff were excellent! The only knock was the rental truck. Granted it had 138k miles on it and it didn't break down but there were some minor maintenance issues that hopefully will get fixed before the next rental.
Chris PYuri and his staff members were patient and corrected a minor discrepancy with my reservation. I will definitely use this location again for my future moving needs.
