I was told there were no dolly's available that I needed to purchase the appliance dolly. When i got to my destination and opened the truck there was a smaller dolly plus the purchased appliance dolly. After a long conversation with the manager "Billy" he agreed to refund the $10 and waive the fee of the small dolly since at that point i didn't need it. The refund has not been applied and I have written to the Better Business Bureau. Billy was rude, talk over me continuously in person and over the phone. He stated he did not have the time to review the vehicle before we took possession, if there was damage on the vehicle before we leave the lot to just take a picture with our phones. He is the most unprofessional person to run a business.

The customer service I received when calling Uhaul about questions for my rental was aweful. I would have to re-explain my situation several times, and on a few instances the person I was transferred to would say "I'm not qualified to discuss that" but then continue to work on my problem, even though the end result was that they transferred me again to someone who was qualified. The customer service employees were not knowledgable and twice I was transferred to someone else without being told they were transferring me. Furthermore, the wait times were appalling--I waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone and when I got on the phone with a representative finally, they told me they needed to transfer me to another department and that I would just have to hold as long as it took. Uhaul's customer service phone was by far the worst I have ever dealt with and for that reason I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone else. It is not worth the hassle.

The business does not open until 9:00 on Sundays. The email that you provided stated that we could pick up the vehicle at 8:00.

There was an issue with the price that was on my contract and what the system was allowing when I was checking the vehicle back in. i don't know why this happened, but it could have negatively affected your team had it not been for the fact that I understand that things like this sometimes happen. A less cordial customer may have berated your team due to something beyond their control.

They is not enough parking, they make you move your car 300fts away into other stores whenever you rent a truck. Trucks are reserved always on weekends.

Brand new tires, clean hitch and chains. Great customer service at both ends. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes at both the origin and destination locations. If you have not downloaded the do it NOW. I've moved a lot of people in the last 2 years and I have to say this was my best experience.

This is a busy and space limited location. I have visited several times because I rent motorcycle trailers all the time. When I pulled in the tiny parking lot, the motorcycle trailers were located right in the enterance. I took care to back up quickley and efficiently at a 45 to the trailers, all while taking care to keep the entrance clear. When I got out of my vehicle a young man uhaul employee, helping someone else hook a trailer up remarked in a rather rude tone that I should weave my truck up to a parking place because I was blocking the enterence, then proceeded to laugh with the other customer indicating a “how could this guy be that dumb” tone. I had clearly left plenty of room for people but do not make it a habit to argue with someone working with customers. I pulled my truck up (now more in the way than before) and walked inside. Someone greeted me as I walked in, looked me up and we were walking out to get my trailer in less than 5min because I had already done everything on line. I then had to weave my truck backwards right back to the spot I was in less than 5min before and get my motorcycle trailer. The agent that checked me out and hooked the trailer up was nice, fast, and efficient. This person saved my business with uhaul. I rent at least once a month and do not take lightly to being called out and laughed at when I arrive and take extra effort to ensure efficiency and minimal time required by your agents.

A careless mistake was made taking my credit card information, then getting out a new credit card and fixing it made me late to my first nervewracking appt at thr Cancer Center, which in turn made the dr make me wait until after 5pm for my appt disabled child’s sitter left and I had to coordinate an emergency sitter replacement from the clinic, then drive 2 hours in rush hour instead of regular traffic to an exhausted sitter who had already worked all day and an upset child. And that is what happens when people do not care about their job and do not listen. Of course the whole string of events was triggered by handyman that showed up at U-Haul at the exact time I was supposed to be at my appt instead of the agreed upon time.
