I spoke with the associate after checking the box truck In. I informed him that the truck was not safe for the roads and that I may need an alignment. Due to the fact of the truck being all over the road while it was loaded and when it was empty. He just disregard my concerns and wrote me off.

Unfortunately the cable for the trailer door went off the track making it impossible to close the door completely. After disconnecting the cable we were able to close it.

The trailer scheduling was messed up. I scheduled a trailer for Saturday in Springfield, was not available till Sunday in Manassas - I was not notified. This changed my whole schedule. The contract had dollies on it that I did not need and they did not change the contract. Very unhappy with this experience.

The customer service at this location was extremely poor. One of the employees had my driver's license right in front of him with my name and address clearly printed on it and assigned me to the wrong person and the wrong vehicle. He was actually arguing with me telling me I was wrong until I he decided to go back and check the records. We had to wait around for them to correct the error and they never apologized or gave us a discount for our being inconvenienced. They were dragging their feet getting the dollies and blankets in the 15' truck. My daughter's boyfriend had to do it. This location was horrible and the employees are very unprofessional and rude and lazy!

I had originally planned on making an out of state, one way trip. Turns out, things did not go as planned and I had to return the truck that I had JUST rented out not even an hour prior. I don't really know what the relationship is between this store and corporate, but these guys fought for the better part of an hour to unwind a number of logistical issues and help me with my impromptu early return. They helped me to price it as a local trip instead of eating the cost of a one-way that I didn't make. These guys are great and I'll recommend them to others.

Employees look miserable. Guy tried to charged me an extra $29. When I asked why, he said " you want to bring it back at 2pm?" I said I need it for 24 hours. The time was 1:37. Poor service. TALK to customers!!!. Wow.

Havind a dolly locked in the truck that we didn’t need was a nuisance. We had to work around it. If i had known it was in there when we picked up the truck i would have had it removed. Im also disappointed with the numerous auth/hold charges on my card on top of the actual charge. Holding over $300 plus $150 actual charge. I just need to wait until the hold expures. Disappointed

When I got home to load up I discovered the door to to trailer was open when I tried to close it it was jammed in the open position. Not sure why that happened maybe you want to tell staff to double check the latch is really latched

When I made a reservation for a Van the Agent allow me to park in front of the site. But the guy in the counter said NO it's either Giant or Goodwill, I said its just for 1.5 hours. They are not Consistent to their costumers. I didnt see friendly manners ,No smile,No Sir nothing! I was treated like a stranger maybe because I'm a second american!
