The truck needs to be serviced. The transmission slips and brakes need to be checked.

RAQUEL DI had a reservation at this location, and my time was very limited, I arrived at the location but there was no one in the store I waited for 20 minutes and search for the workers I could find anyone then I called customer service and asked them if someone works here then the connected me with store a lady answered I was able to here her from inside the store, then after 30 minute wait she come out and she was very upset and rude, and then she start questions i give her reservation number and she was kind of why she help customer and she reacting very rudely and took 20 more minute finally I lost 45 minutes to take the truck. I couldn’t understand why she selected to work at that store but the only thing there was a guy he was really nice I don’t what was his name. I can say please assign some customer care training for that lady I was very regretted why I come at this store for those services. Thank you!

Gary HThe app is a little clunky - feels like you end up identifying twice for instance and manually having someone remote approve the rental when a person is standing in front of you seems redundant. Quibbles really :)
Marc HThere was a young man who helped me he was super helpful and great customer service. He had a lot of customers and there was a female working with him who was not helping him and actually left to run an errand and left him alone approximately 2:30-3pm
Oswaldo VNot sure there is anything the store can do but it was a little frustrating to schedule an in store pickup only to then do everything on-line anyway myself with guidance from the employee. Had I known the steps to rent the truck were the same in-store or on the app I would have done the app ahead of time. Not an issue with the employee, just the process. Thanks
Jeffrey SThe truck is in very poor condition. Leaked oil on my driveway. The process took forever. The system is very rude investigating me as if I am a criminal coming to steal something from you. Crew tried to help but they were looking at me if I am stupid person done know how use system. I have filled everything at home online but found out I have to go they the process again. I don’t recommend U-Haul at all. Will never rent from you.

Cindy NCustomer experience was awful. I was charged for insurance after the fact never signed up in fact declined. Store was unwilling to correct the issue or address it. They stated had to contact general manager for refund. General manager never returned text or phone call. The employees were not knowledgeable. I was suggest training employees on customer relations

Alicia BOther than the usual problems associated with UHaul as a company (having an incompetent app, lying about the equipment specs, delay-inducing point of sale systems, etc), this location is pretty good.

margaret sThe rental check-in wanted me to use my phone to do the rental, but I had reserved the trailer rental on my computer so I didn't bring my phone with me. I don't know why U-Haul relies so much on people using their phones, but it doesn't seem to accommodate computer users.
DONALD PStore rep was very rude and unhelpful. Online process was unnecessary given we still have to finalize with a rep. Pick up and Drop off process was too long.

FATIH KPublicidad engañosa, cuando tu chequeas en la página el valor del costo del arrendamiento es más costoso a la hora de cancelar y eso es de doble moral ok publicidad engañosa, si rentas un carro por 3 días x $19 dólares el total es $57, y debajo está el pago del millaje, en home depot no te cobran millaje, únicamente la renta del vehículo. Y los vehículos están más limpios, tanqueados, lo mejor de la tienda el joven del counter es muy bueno. La empresa no lo respalda.

Lazara MThe app I was forced to use upon pickup was cumbersome, too long, and full of glitches. The truck was horrible. +/- 20 degree rotation of the steering wheel did not move the front tires. Every time I started it, an oil change warning came up. If this app is the new U-Haul standard, you will be losing my business permanently.

RUDDY PThe tire pressure indicator came on after onli 8 miles. The bed area mat had a long liquid substance that looked slightli sticki. Otherwise it was clean and worked well mechanicallu well.
DEBORAH APoor customer service. The representative did want to help me with processing the pick on qr code. I got charged for 2 vans and I only rented 1. Self check was not friendly. I keep getting error msg and ask for help the guy keep helping other customers even know it was my turn to be help. He said do it yourself with self check out.

JORGE AThe entrance is not displayed well. You see a one-way exit road and then a equipment return road and then Wendy's. In order to get back to U-haul, you have to go down and make 2 U-turns at 2 lights. It was hard to take the before pictures because you have to stand back very far and the trucks are packed in like sardines and there is no way to get before pictures.
Aliceson PThe concern I have is with the customer service. The two ladies that work there on Nov 1st appear like they are doing us a favor. They don't show interest or excitement on their job. And it appears how they communicate and show eagerness to help depends from customer to customer. As a business owner, if I see this is how my employees act towards customers, they're definitely will be rated 'Not Meeting Expectation' and will be on a performance improvement plan. A little bit of 'I'm here to help you' could go a long way for the customer to come back and establish a longer business relationship with your company. Saying just go grab the keys from the lock box is not the best way to serve someone who's just showing up to the business. I had to walk around the lot to find a lock box until the Lot attendant (the guy who probably parks the tracks in the right location showed me where the lock box is.) The lady could just say 'there is a lock box on the wall as you exit to the right of the door' would've made it simple. I also like to mention, the guy who attends the Lot is very helpful, communicates with a smile and would do a better job behind the computers being the first guy that a customer faces.

OSCAR RExcellent experience all around. Guy who hooked up my trailer, could not have been nicer. Wish I remembered his name but he created a "Rabing Fan" in a short period of time. Im in sales and can appreciate the subtleties of great customer service. He's was a great advocate for your brand!
