The female clerk at the front desk was very unhelpful and apathetic. I returned the trailer at approximately 12:30 PM on 9/20/21 which was a day earlier than required, but the trailer wasn't checked back in until 8:00 AM the following day. Why would one wait 24 hours to check in the return? I was given no receipt or confirmation of the return, which I found unusual.Kirk S.

The AC didn't come out of the AC vents, only through the defrost vents. Dry cold windshield!!! I tried calling the 800 # , to no avail. When I reported it upon my return, the associate said, â€œalways something . How about handling a problem a little more professional.(?)WILLIAM B.

Want the truck to be equipped liked I ordered it on line. Reservation didn't show the carts like I ordered.John S.
Put gas in the truck. I was told that the ramp was a certain width when in fact it was a whole lot narrower. Therefore I couldn't used the truck for what I intended to use it for. So I wasted my money. When I returned it I complained at the desk and was told that they didn't have the width ramp that I needed when I was told on the phone that y'all did. Won't be back. You used the wrong credit card, the guy at the counter is RUDE and doesn't listen, and I tried calling 5 times today to address this situation with the charges and was told it was an HOUR WAIT to speak to someone. I tried the call back notification a few times and was hung up on each time the call back was made. I'll never use uhaul again.Jason O.

The person barely spoke English, due to the after effects of Hurricane Ida it would not upload pics on the mobile app, so we had to wait in line to turn in the truck. Parking is a nightmare and the only place to park was on Veterans, not ideal at all.Adam P.

The inside of the Truck cargo area was full of broken jewelry, beads, chandler parts. I pre-paid for 1 dozen blankets and the store could only provide 6 blankets. I pre-paid for a utility dolly and the store had none. They asked me to drive to another location and ask them for one. I did drive to other location and they also had no dollies or blankets. Ive called the service line to complain and would like a refund for those items.TIMOTHY G.
All of the staff I dealt with were very rude, first of all. Second of all, none of the equipment I reserved and PAID FOR was available to me. My card was charged, despite the staff member assuring me that it hadn't been. So now I have to spend extra time that I don't have to get a credit back on my card.rachelle M.
I opted for mobile pick up, so I could skip the line inside. When I went inside to get the key, the lady at the desk was extremely rude, and told us to get out because they could only have 3 people inside the store at a time. When we asked someone else who worked there to get the key, he gave me the wrong one. When I told him it was wrong, he said he would go look for the right one. He started helping other customers and left us outside for a while. We finally went inside and asked him if he could get the key and he told us again that he was looking for it when he clearly wasn't, he was helping other customers. When we confronted him about helping other customers, he walked right to the back and grabbed the key for us. He told us we were set and that the dolly we ordered was in the truck. When we arrived home to begin loading the truck, the dolly was not there. Overall, a very poor experience.Molly T.

The van smelled bad. It's OK I was able to spray it down and open doors to air it out before loading. Thank you all so much for having this vehicle for me to use. The truck was old and broke down. The manager Will was rude when I picked up the truck and when I came back to get it after I it broke down and the mechanic from D & S Roadside fixed it, the woman at the counter was rude as wellBINGHAM B.
The cargo van was clean, but it smelled horribly bad. My wife and I wiped down and deodorize the cargo van Before we used it. Overall it served its purpose.LESTER W.

First of all the mileage was incorrect when we picked up the truck. The rep said they had the wrong truck on our invoice which he had to fix but never sent me any pictures of the new truck to approve. When we returned the truck the worker did not check us in and came to the truck with us. He told us to leave it and he'd take care of it later. Another uhaul rep called several hours later asking when we were going to return the truck. I explained it had been turned in an hour prior to the original time. She said she'd check, then sent us a receipt with a $25 bogus cleaning fee. If the person on duty would have done their job we could have disputed it in person. This was the most unorganized uhaul dealer I've ever dealt with.KIRK O.

I arrived to the store just before 10am to pick up my reservation and there was two maintenance guys told me the manager had left. The maintenance guys could not help me with my reservation either. I stood in the store for an hour before the manager casually strolled in with his lunch and with a mouth full of food asked if he could help me. I had been trying desperately to call his phone number and the contact for the owner and no body ever called me back. When I told the manager that I had been waiting this entire time, I never got an apology, a understanding statement or anything. All he did was tell me what it was that I did wrong in his opinion. This location is terrible. This is the second time I've been exposed to this managers obviously disinterested take on walk in customers. If he desires for people to do everything on an app or online, why is he there in the first place? If your not going to help people get a new job.Neale S.
