I have rented here a couple of times and the employees here are well trained, personable and professional. There is a location much closer to my house however I will always choose this particular location. Thank you.

Eline RI reserved a 26’ to be picked up at 6am. I get to the location to pickup and the app would not let me and directed me to a customer service number. The agent told me the store did not setup the reservation for a 6am pickup and to go back at 9. I get to the location at 9am and the store rep let me know they didn’t have a 26’ available even though I reserved one.

David BI made a reservation to pick up a truck at the Westminster Sheridan location that DID NOT have my truck when I arrived. I was sent to a different location to pick up a truck which was a major inconvenience. Once I arrived to the second location I waiting almost a half hour in the store by myself! No other customers and no employees to assist. The customer service and inconveniences I experienced are something that make me no longer use uhaul for services nor recommend such trash service. Fix it.

Joseph AI had a UHAUL order placed April 30, 2026 - reservation number 25406413, location 1101 Automation Dr Windsor, CO 80550 - to be picked up at 8:00am May 3rd, 2026. On May 2nd, I got a call that the location I originally picked did not have the truck I needed. The call was around 10:30am - less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick it up. First off, the new reservation said I was supposed to get a 10’ moving van, NOT a 10’ truck - once I got there, I found out it was a truck. However, the information being INCORRECT, along with a location change, and a call less than 24 hours before pickup, I was not happy with.

Desirae FDriving over Snoqualmie Pass, I tried to spray my window to clean it and there was nothing in the reservoir which made it quite dangerous. I had to pull over as soon as I could to wash the windows. The truck was surprisingly comfortable for 2 10-hour days of driving. This is remarkable because I have arthritis in my lower back and the seat didn't bother me at all.
Kathie VI had no experience driving a vehicle like this. In hindsight, I would have benefitted from a 5-10 minute overview of the vehicle.

Anthony MCustomer service gave me the wrong dropoff location, led me to a place that does not store the trucks. Dropped off after hours at the 8001 Federal Blvd, no problems at all, but no personnel on site. Location was well lit.

Please take my email out of the system entirely… I do not wish to be on any mailing list and I certainly didn’t want to get all these confirmations,, receipts, etc. I’m not married to this person anymore and I wish to never use this email again. Please confirm you’ve received this.
BRIAN KYou can't leave your car here. I had to walk 1.5 miles to my vehicle because they expect customers to have a way to and from. I rented a truck for 4 hours. It was extremely inconvenient. I don't understand why I couldn't park my car in the space that the truck was parked in?? Wasn't happy
