Staff were good and friendly. It was a busy time of the morning so slight delay was understandable. Trailer was exactly what I needed and staff was very helpful. The only reason why I wouldn't recommend it is due to its location. Not the easiest place to get to in morning traffic to begin with and there is lots of construction and roadwork going on nearby which is just terrible. Just an extremely busy part of town, although access to major highways is excellent. But the staff and rental were very good so maybe once the construction stops I'd recommend it.DOUGLAS A.

The pick up was fine there were 2 employees to help. I called to extend the rental and was told by your 1 800 number that it could not be extended and must be returned by 9am. Upon arrival to the location there was a line up all the way out side the building. Due to covid only 2 people were allowd inside. Outside there was at least 7 people waiting. Only to find out there was 1 employee working. After waiting i tried to do an online return but would be charged another day because it had gone past the return time. Forcing me to wait. After 1 hour and 45 minutes i just left the trailer in the parking lot.VITOA L.

The gentleman who attached the hitch was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. However, I ordered the hitch in Jun to be fit within a week - there was a delay - ok. When I asked for a timeframe I got dismissive attitude and told I would just have to wait. I called every week or so and got the same response - I can't help you or give you a timeframe. On the day I came to have it fitted there were 5 people outside waiting. No one moved for an hour - rental system issue apparently. No one would pick up the phone, and when I asked if I could give the keys to the hitch shop and not wait for everyone who was waiting for a rental I was told I had to wait in the same line. Luckily the gentleman doing the hitch fittings brought a completed job out and I asked him if he knew anything. He took my keys as it was nothing to do with rentals - the job was done in 45 mins - I would still have not been seen by the counter/rental staff. All in all, the counter staff are terrible.luke B.

Vehicle was very old and new brakes are needed. Smelt like cigarettes in the vehicle. Check in took forever despite showing up on time. Granted it was a busy day, but customer experience wasn't being managed.THABANI M.

Unfortunately that day wait times for pickup were c 60 + minutes due to inadequate staffing. Only one person at pickup desk who was trying his best..very calm and professional. The truck left side mirror couldn't hold the position for me to see the side. My brother who sat on the passenger side was the one who was guiding me when I needed to change lanes. Whenever I fix the mirror and hit a pothole it comes back to the original position. Please check the trucks before renting it out for the safety of everyone. I rented a truck from this location and they did not have a dolly in the truck nor did they have any in the store. They claim that they don't have appliance dolly jist the regular kind of dolly. I was late returning the truck because we did not have a dolly to make the work go faster. However, the attitude from the wmployees that works there needs to be checked. They have no manners and respect when they are speaking to the customers on the phone. When I went there to return the truck, they went and check the truck and just came back in to the store and gave me back my receipt and didn't even explain to me what it is that they did. They just went ahead and charged my debit visa without letting me know. I was in the store qaiting for them to return so that I can pay them the $50 because I was late.... I would prefer to get a refund because it was not my fault that I was late. I was late because there's construction on the street where I qas moving from anf the lack of not having the dolly to complete a proper job to be able to return the truck on time.ANTHONY M.

The girl at the desk was rude, the guy outside was fine. I declined insurance and was charged for it after she had to redo contract as it did not match trailer number. I authorized $60 and was charged $80. Only noticed after returning and was told that it could not be reversed. I would try another location, or do everything online so I don't have to deal with that kind of shady business.NICHOLASS S.

I have a truck half full and returned a truck over 3/4 full they refused to reimburse because of policy they said . I call they have on hold for 20 minutes and hang up on me with attitude. The girls at the counter were rude, and in front of me one of them was talking about me with a male who also worked there talking in their Jamaican dialect not knowing I understood everything they were talking about.
