The truck’s TPMS did not work and stated that the tire pressure was low. The employee hit the tires with a stick and said it was due to the cold. I used the truck for 7 hours without issue but I was uncomfortable with the message the entire time.

This drop off location was jam packed and tight on space and had snow all over the lot. It was kind of difficult to get a spot especially since it’s right next to a busy intersection.

shaun lThey had massive line, clearly understand. They did not have furniture dolly I reserved. They had me the wrong key so I couldn’t start the van. They gave me a van that was stuck in a snow bank so I couldn’t get out. The gas optermeter was incorrect. Worst location, worst experience, reserved van for 10am and left almost at 1 pm. Terrible terrible terrible

The rear view camera of my Van was not working so I had to change the vehicle, further increasing the already long wait. This resulted in me driving out of the facility more than an hour late than expected.
FARAAZ AI was overcharged, brought trailer back Sunday morning, system was down, now you charged me for another day!! I brought back on Sunday!!

Abdul SI live in Kitchener and asked if I could do one way I was told no so I had to get trailer then drive home then drive back to woodbine location. When I returned I had a horrible time getting in parking lot then I was told to park trailer and uninstall trailer. This is not acceptable for I have medical conditions. CVETKO HWaited in line for one hour to picked reserved truck. The two men working were extremely slow, took personal calls, and constantly run into technical issues with many of the bookings. Needless to say what should have a 2 minute pick up took a full hour. The line was long with many unhappy clients. Would not go this site again due to the lack of efficiency, urgency and consideration for clients time.
ABDIKARIN HHave the truck and equipment ready when picking up. Had the get furniture pads and dolly myself. And, here is your keys go find the truck. Better experience than the Queensway location.

VITO PWe rent from Uhaul regularly. Like at least once a week. I have never been charged for after hours drop off from this location ever. Until this time. So while it does state in the contract you will charge it, you never do. Until this time. Not cool.

JOSE GI was given a US-registered vehicle that had been reported missing or stolen previously. The company did not get bothered enough to clear the report. I got pulled over, take-down style in Toronto. Can you imagine if this had happened in present-day America, with all these MAGA-ideology idiots, dealing with a minority?
SOLOMON SI want the wiring to put outside the hitch when i got home its inside , they did not tell me also , when i got home i call them and they just said its not possible to my car crv and promise to call me back but they did not do also. but the reality is possible , its more work maybe thats why they dont put it outside .
