The location and the trucks were clean. My only complaint was that my location to pick up a truck kept being switched. Picked up the truck from the Baltimore National Pike location and I was in and out the representative at the desk was very quick, funny and made the process painless.

LILLIAN E.I went to pick up my rental and noticed that the fee was 10 times what I was quoted. Before I could say anything, the young woman handling my transaction picked up on the issue and corrected it immediately. When I dropped the truck off the young lady guided me to a spot and checked me in quickly. The Westview location is well oiled and tightly run machine, couldn't be happier!

Arrived to return the vehicle only to be informed the bill was charged to my credit card. Everyone is not slave to credit card use and I refuse to keep helping these billionaires buy more yachts and mansions. Uhaul staff lied and was deceptive.

Gary J.I went online and completed the the online service to skip the line at the store. I spent 20 min at home online to make things faster but still had to wait in line at the store. Then by the time I get finished the in store check in I was 45 minutes into my rental time and haven't even left the parking lot. It was very disorganized and I was not given the opportunity to change my time starting from when I actually got in the truck and left, which cut my moving time an hour making me have to rush and not complete moving. You advertise online "skip the wait in line". I call BS.

Hector A.Although the U-Haul representatives were courteous and accommodating, and this location had ample rentals available, I experienced an inconvenient problem. Unbeknownst to me, the cargo van I rented (stock ID: BE 3578 T) had a malfunctioning tire sensor. The display stated that the rear left tire had low pressure. Before leaving the lot, I went back inside the store the see if I could get another vehicle. No representative was present. Time was of the essence, so I drove off the lot in search of an air machine. I went to two gas stations for air because the warning for low air pressure remained on the display (it told me the PSI amounts for each tire). The left kept registering low. I called this U-Haul facility to request another rental. It was then when the representative mentioned that there was a problem with the tire sensor. Inwardly, I became upset because this information should have been provided prior… The question came to my mind…Why was that van not removed from the rentals until the problem was fixed? That was poor business handling. Not only did I pay more out of pocket, but it caused unnecessary stress during a time where my stress level was already heightened (moving out of an apartment)… The main reason why I would have recommended this U-Haul facility to another was due to the selection of rentals…Since this incident, I may not choose or recommend this facility in the future… If I do, I hope to remember to ask about known issues (if applicable)…

ANGEL P.I had to wait a little while for my truck but the customer service was outstanding. I was able to observe how Jake handled every customer before me (6 people) and someone on the phone. It was extremely busy and he was managing every customer and issue individually. I applaud him for his time management and line management skills Jake made sure the other customers knew he was going to get to them as soon as possible. My rental experience was great. Jake explained everything very clearly to me. I checked out very easily when I returned my truck. I noticed the charge reversals on my account the next day, I called to make sure everything was okay. I wanted to make sure that I was charged for what I used and everything was okay with the truck. I spoke with Damon, he said everything was fine. He broke down the billing for me and cleared some confusion I had initially. I have rented from UHaul three times in the last 24 months and twice from this location. I have never had an issue. This location is wonderful and I will rent from them again.

Thomas G.One thing is that if the customer question about the vehicle condition upon return and receive one answer. Do not ture around and say something different later on. Asked about the cleanliness/condition I was returning the truck. Was explained that they we more focused about trash being left all in the vehicle not the dirt. Then when going to get a receipt you start saying you're charging a cleaning fee. If this was an issue tell me up front and I'd be okay, but not minutes later when the understanding is one thing.

I highly recommend this location. Be aware that customer parking spots are limited, so have a backup plan if you are planning to leave your vehicle there during the rental.

Junior P.The only issue we had was the extended wait time due to only having one employee at this location. I gave your Westview location a 5-star rating because of how well it was managed by a single employee, and how well organized the Westview location was for such a busy and cramped uhaul location. The employee who helped us was outstanding. He was professional and personable, very knowledgeable and helpful, and an excellent communicator. He literally hustled to take care of all of the customers. I hope you have a rewards system and acknowledge him at the highest level, as he is the prime example of what the face of your company customer service should be. We seriously need more people like him in the world. Uhaul is lucky 🍀 to have him. Thank you.
