It was average. The process is slow and there is only one employee covering all the processes when I visited. My trailer was in good repair. The Uhaul system seemed promising at first. I gave all my information to a very efficient agent on the phone, including credit card, contact information, tow vehicle, etc. He then located the location for my need. He then sent me a link so I could transmit a photo of my drivers license. All done. I then received another, different set of messages requiring me to provide all of the same again. At the desk of the rental shop, it all came up again and they had to enter it all again. I am not sure why the process takes information entry in this fashion.

After hours drop off, was well lit and plenty of open places to park the truck. Only issue (and I get it) was being charged 75 cents for mile overage. Again, I get it, but 75 cents.... Overall, a very good experience.

Seems to me anytime I've rented in the past you started with a full tank. I started this one with just a quarter of tank, making it extremely difficult to know how much to put in to assure I wouldn't run out of gas. So I put in $20 of gas and upon the return it had a fraction over a half tank. When I turned it in and asked for the 20 back he said no. Seems to me this is most unethical to say the least.

Both the rep on the phone, and James at the site, were professional, courteous, and helpful. We picked up the truck on a Saturday and they were very busy; he could have used some help at the counter, but our wait really wasn't that long. Good job. The website was very helpful and saved lots of time.

I had to wait 25 minutes because none of the vehicles and paperwork were prepared. Then when I did get the vehicle, it was covered in ice, and the worker didn't bother to turn on the defrost or scrape it off, so I had to. The vehicle was filthy and smelled bad. Highly disappointed.

Well, you need more than one person opening and they need to be trained on customer service skills. Was attempting to do self check out for a rental on my phone and it kept glitching. I observed at least 2 people leave the store and assumed (wrongly i so found out) that the office was opened. Went in, guy behind counter had no mask and looked frazzled. Said excuse me that I just had a question that the self check out for a 9 am rental was glitching and held up my phone to show what I was talking about. He snapped and said well you will have to wait until I take care of the other guy in front of you (there was no one else in store...) and it was like well I just want to get it and go (i didn't even finish my sentence, wasn't loud or 'karen') when he snapped "well its not 9 yet so get the hell out of my store" (thats the exact quote). I have never been so embarrassed and stressed out and for someone with diagnosed anxiety during a pandemic and moving is stressful anyway. Then when I was looking for the truck he ran up on me with no mask outside to ask if keys were In a truck (I told him I don't know im looking for mine). Just overall so unsafe, rude, stressful. If I ever use uhaul again I will Never Ever use this location. Really my rental should be free for the stress that was caused so early on a long day and the anxiety of having to return the rental to the same location thus facing the same worker again.

James was great, but for the 2nd time, I reserved a trailer online and was told one was there, but it was not the size I needed and none were available. This was the 2nd time I had reserved one and both times, none were available after driving 4 hours to pickup the car! Ended up having to use a car dolly instead. Real bad service UHAUL!

The general manager that helped me was extremely rude. I inquired about an enclosed trailer and he simply threw his hands in the air and replied "well which one??!!" and did not explain the different options that were available. Overall acted annoyed and inconvenienced that he needed to attach the trailer to my vehicle. However, the young man that was there when I returned the trailer was awesome and super friendly. The general manager of this place needs to take a hike or get out of customer service.

The parking lot at this location is awful. My car was almost backed into because people would not stop coming in the exit. The truck we rented seemed like it was on its last leg. The transmission kept getting stuck and I was worried we wouldn't make it the entire time . Moving is stressful enough and nothing about our experience made it any better.

I do have feedback. It should be clearer in the reservation what the pickup address is. Often we will start a reservation online at one location and be directed to another location for pickup. I went to the previous location to pick up the truck and it was the wrong one. It was my error, but people renting a truck are involved in a lot, so maybe make that clearer. The desk person was super nice but not wearing a mask. I prefer people who deal with the public to wear a mask. But it's a very small location and he was great; very nice and capable, so if it is up to the worker to mask up then that is fine. Don't cause a problem for him, this is just an observation and not a complaint.

there needs to be a penalty for people who block the way for other vehicles to be returned. I returned early and was fortunate to find a spot entering from the road.

Service was prompt and the location is well stocked w inventory. However the Van I rented stank like cigarette smoke. Had to run my errand with the windows down. Absolutely gross. And during a pandemic no less where cleanliness of a shared vehicle is front of mind for customers.

Used the online check-in and the process took 25 minutes, which is way too long. To be certain this was the NOT the fault of the local attendant, who was very helpful.

Was not contacted by anyone to confirm the pick up location. It had changed and we found out the day we picked it up. The contactless pick up was a hassle. The app kept timing out and saying “no network connection” we were then charged the correct amount the day we returned it. Then 5 days later charged another amount, when I emailed the manager who sent me the original receipt about the separate charges I never received a response. The money came back the next day but the inconvenience of paying for it twice with no explanation added stress to an already stressful situation.

Virginia was awesome. I can't say enough about Kelsey(Blacksburg). Ohio has been a nightmare. Because the employeres were not trained I was not able to access my u box. I had to wait. Very inconvenient as far as I am concern

We reserved for 2 hrs. We left uhaul at 9:30 due the flake ass boss we returned truck 10:30. I was charged 25.41 because boss on Williamson rd did not check us in until11:49. We checked truck I. At 10:30 am. I got ripped off. And I got a fefund of 20.00. I'm going all ver social Medea what a ripoff.
