My experience started with a “transferred” reservation to a mobile location. Then to a third location. I am very unsatisfied and may never patron a UHaul ever again. I was also promised a $50 credit that I never received.

The guy that helped us was great, he answered questions I had and offered good advice for equipment I could upgrade on my towing setup. I've been to this location before and they were great then too, that's why I chose this as my drop off location

I placed a reservation for $127 online and when I went into the store I ended up paying almost $100 than that even though they didn't even have the right truck there that i had on my reservation and after I dropped the equipment off I was charged another $40 not even sure why, we had the equipment back a couple hours before I originally told them I would, no damage or anything done to the truck or trailor and completely fill up the tank before it was returned. I've rented these before and never had anything like this happen.

I put 11 (eleven) miles on the truck and was charged $32+ for gas? That's ridiculous.

This is the best location (well, the one on Hershberger is a close second). The manager guy…and right now I can’t remember his name but he’s been there forEVER…is great! I try to rent all my uhaul equipment from here!

It wasn’t horrible but the inside of the cab had leftover items and trash, and the outside hadn’t been washed so I had to clean the windshield. Not my usual experience when renting a U-Haul vehicle, we usually go to the one on Hershberger near the airport, but the van they were to give to us had a nail in the tire.

This is less of a location complaint and more of an overall experience complaint. I was supposed to pick up a truck from another location. The app said no equipment had been assigned to me so I called customer service. My truck wasn’t back yet and no other vehicles were available until an hour after my pick up time. Due to the major winter storm heading for the east, time was imperative!! We had to drive to another location. Fine. We get there and start the pick up process in the app. When we got to the photo submission section, we couldn’t move forward no matter what. We took tons of photos, tried to skip adding them, and nothing worked. Only one person was working this location. Again, due to the impending storm, he was inundated with people picking up propane. Finally, he says to forget the app and go on our way. This whole ordeal put us one hour behind schedule. When we went to return the truck, the lot was so small and so many people were there that we couldn’t access the return truck lane and had to park our personal vehicle in the road with hazard lights on. Bad experience overall.

I had a reservation at the Hershberger Road location for a 7:30 AM pick up. I tried to contact them via phone numerous times in the morning and they never answered the phone. When I arrived, they seemed almost surprised to see me and informed me that they did not have the trailer I had reserved. There were three employees sitting behind the counter, ignoring numerous phone calls while I was there. They showed no interest whatsoever in my inconvenience. Not once did anyone apologize or voice any sympathy for the situation they had put me in.They did arrange for me to pick up the trailer at the Williamson Road location. My experience at the Williamson Road location was completely the opposite. The manager there was excellent!

Nothing at all wrong with the location but advertising 19.95 a day and the bill ending up being almost $80 to drive about 20 miles is close to false advertising. At least I know how badly I’ll be charged the next time I need to rent a van and I’ll be prepared for it.

The vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke and there was mud and mud foot prints in the back of the truck. The truck ran great and was easy to maneuver.
