Be more specific in the billing process. I was billed over $200 for one days use of a 15 foot. Drove about 65 miles. Rental verses final bills are misleading.

Hello, I am writing in regard to the extra day charge that was added to my rental. I tried to call this location numerous times today to ask about extending my check-in time, due to a severe thunderstorm, but was placed on hold each time (I had to wait almost 20 minutes one time). I was never able to speak with a representative on the phone, but when I arrived at your location a representative began checking in the truck without so much as a “Hello.” I tried to explain that I was late due the storm, I was scheduled to check in at 3:00pm and I arrived at 4:55pm, but got the sense that the representative did not want to be bothered. Without any response to my explanation or mention of trying to call the location numerous times, the representative just said, “your total is $58.32.” I feel that charging me for a whole extra day (plus coverage) is a bit extreme for being less than two hours late due to severe weather. I have always had a great customer experience at this location, but will definitely be using a different location from now on. John Rogers

Its was the hottest day in Alabama topping 100F and 'Anthony' rented to me, hooked the trailer up, provided safety features, and gave me a firm hand shake thanking me the customer. I can't say enough about how humble it is to be hot and working with customers. Thank you. Service was topnotch.

It would have been better if the fuel was full rather than ?. Then I had to return it with more fuel which I won't be reimbursed for.

I was not informed of extra charges for cleaning or going over mileage, which I thought it was unlimited mileage. I feel as though this should have been explained to me up front. Since it was not, I don't feel I should've been charged these fees.

26' Truck. Great Condition, except no A/C. Moving 170 miles on a 90ish degree day without air conditioning is no bueno.

Originally rented storage for $70 that in under 2 years went to $100. That inflation is crazy. 24hr usage is promoted but this facility doesn’t allow it. Store vehicles always parked in the way.

Upon pickup I was held up for electrical problems with the truck (turn signals) did not work on the trailer because of electrical problems with the truck after fixing the problem while in route the trailer lights went out again could not drive at night.

I returned my trailer on time the night before, and did not like getting a call while at work the next morning that I had not returned the trailer. Turned out an employee had not checked in in and rather then check to see it it was their they chose to call me.

Facility was very clean and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. The trailer tires needed to have been checked before pick-up. The tires had been aired up 2x and more beyond the recommended pressure. After a precarious 20 minute drive to the nearest gas station from the loading location, we let the air out to the recommended pressure and had a much safer 5 hour drive to the unloading location. Three tires were above 70, the fourth was at 90. I just don't know how they did not explode.

Didn't get to use the truck for 20 hours cause i was locked out of the back . And the customer service was bad and so was the manager attitude about what happen .. Didn't resolve my issue and made sure i was happy at all .... I will Never get a Uhaul from them ever...

I was told that uhaul would put 100 dollar hold on my bank card. Looked at my statement and there was 300 held on my card. The manager never called me. I had to call several times just for him to say he seen this happen several times before

I’m glad I went to this facility since the other location didn’t have any 20’ available at that time. I usually don’t ask for Military discount unless I could save $50 or more. The manager at this location granted me a 10% discount the other store didn’t when I asked.

This location never checked in my trailer. They said they did. I just got an email that I returned it today. They rented it to someone else and charged me! I was at this location Monday 3/4. Check your camera. I had this trailer less than 24 hours. Very unhappy!

Ely needs to have better customer service. Then when returning the rental, i got charged another $75.51 due to not having gas in it. The truck had one eighth of a tank when it was picked up. It had that much in it when it was dropped off. U have turned into a money hungry greedy company. No discounts for handicapped or military. Then try to charge smbdy for nothing. I got ripped off in Columbus 7 mths ago by this same location. I dont know why i even went back there. Ive rented four trucks in the last 5 years and every time u have ripped me off and charged more than your rates for the truck. I dont appreciate it one bit. Its hard enough for a handicapped person to make it in this world. Ypu dont have to add to the stress of moving. You should also rent the truck by the size of the moving space not the entire length of it. Thats not right. You should also fill the truck up with gas before u rent it out. I spent $50.00 on gas after renting it. Plus had to pay for extra mileage cuz the moving space is not worth the price.

The customer service representatives lacked knowledge and ability to place my order resulting in over an hour long call to first make my reservation. It took an hour to even receive the trailer, which was not connected properly by uhaul and caused damage to my father's vehicle, and cost 3 hours of my time to fix. This was a horrible experience

After getting switched to a new unit becasue the one we had leased had a faulty latch, we got billed for two units and received threatening letters about not paying for the unit we did not use.
