Employees park vehicles in front of trailer drop off location making it difficult to return rented equipment. Employees were somewhat cordial to me however I witnessed several people seeking assistance who were treated in less than friendly manner with little care and patience for the customers. Overall I will not use this location again for dropoff or pickup in the future.

Misty and Chris were really attentive even though really busy. They had at least 2 new staff, but they were patiently training them and managing customer needs simultaneously.
Very friendly, thank you! - It was very busy, and took a while. However, I understand that the time is crazy with so many people moving, and there U-Haul proceed is extensive. I do appreciate that the person that checks you in, takes you to your vehicle...great service.
10th ave uhaul was awesome and friendly would recommend them to anyone thanks to the staff for all their help

We left the location with 2 chains Not noing we were short one change We were on able to leave are home behind 2 days we had to wait till the tow company To come an add the chain. We no were just one customer an won t here back. I used I haul over years an really like company.
The service agent was very pleasant and professional. She needed help though because she was working alone and there was a long line of people. I ordered an appliance dolly to move 2 appliances locally. She didnt have one when I arrived for my appt. I had to buy one at Lowes for $140, which I wasn't happy about. $140 vs $10 to rent one at UHaul. I checked in online which streamlined my transaction. Returning truck was easy.
Again, I was greeted by people without masks who seemed rather unfamiliar about the uhaul 24/7 app. This transaction should've been contactless. Additionally, I was charged a gas fee despite the gas tank not being filled up at the renting location. I would like to speak to someone about this experience. Please call at 706-564-3845.
I reserved a 15' truck and a appliance dolly a month....repeat A MONTH before the pick up day... 2 days before, I called to confirm my reservation and was told that my "desired location" for pick up was not available but "no problem" the actual pick up location was "only 2 miles away"...Not 2 miles closer to my house or closer to my destination but actually further away. I didn't quite understand this as I have been a customer for over 10 years but okay.... We called the "new" location the day before to see what time we could pick up our reserved equipment and got an acceptable time.... If you're keeping score...this is a reservation that was made in June (a month ahead of time) and 2 phone calls. We call to let them know we are on our way and are told "By the way, our credit card machine is out and you will have to pay in cash and leave a $100 cash deposit..." Okay, YOUR credit card machine isn't working so WE have to stop and get cash and an additional $100 deposit. They did not call us to make us aware of this ....Luckily we had called earlier in the day so we could prepare.... We get to the UHaul place and go through all the paperwork, only to be told that the appliance dolly that we had reserved A MONTH IN ADVANCE was unavailable. My response "You mean to tell me that there is not 1 appliance dolly in the entire city of Columbus, Georgia?" "No there is not...people sometimes just do not bring them back...." One month reservation in advance and 3 phone calls and nobody could mention this? Are these people that "just don't bring them back" charged? If so, in a month's time the money that these people are charged for the non-returned dolly is not used to go replace them? If not, why charge people for not returning the equipment? UNBELIEVABLE!! The staff there apologized but this was completely unacceptable. I tried to be empathetic and keep in mind that it really wasn't this individual's fault but to say "Well, we have never been in a pandemic before...." Yes, you're right... this is a first but the pandemic has nothing to do with this issue.... The pandemic kept your staff from mentioning "Hey Lisa, you might want to zip by Home Depot and pick up an appliance dolly because the equipment you reserved over a month ago is not available....." Icing on the cake..... My deposit (minus $39 for mileage overage....) will be mailed to me? I didn't mail it to you!!! Shame on UHAUL!!
The entire staff as a whole are very slow and unfriendly. Moving is a stressful thing to do and having people like even the general manager be rude and nonchalant and insult other coworkers in your face while checking you out Its ridiculous. I'll never use this uhaul again. Just pitiful

Staff was very helpful. Truck was pristine. The whole operation was smooth.
The truck was perfect and process easy, The only time that I needed to talk with the attendant was to get the key and she was very nice.

I got the truck and 10 mins later I had to return bore using it I had to pay $43.10. For 10mins of having the truck

I was double booked. Even though, I was the first of the two customers for the uhaul, but they held the truck for the other customer. So, they decided to placed me in the BIGGEST UHAUL truck they had available. After I told them, I was not comfortable getting this big of a truck for ONLY MOVING TWO ITEMS. They did not tell me that I could reserve the size I desired later in the day. They only provided me with the BIGGEST Truck or no uhaul at all. In addition to this, they were cleaning a truck the same size of my reservation. I asked to wait until they were done cleaning this specific truck. They said, this truck would take all day to clean. So, it would not be available today.
Very courtesy staff member that assisted me during my rental and return.
