I'm upset I was over charged for gas because I made sure to fill up the tank and they still charged me 9 dollars for Gas which is freaking absurd !! The "system" was down when I turned in the rental and I had to wait almost 30 mins for the associate to even acknowledge me and he just stated for me to leave the keys and they would email me later and then I was charged extra for gas that I actually made sure to fill up before returning and I had videos and pictures to prove it 🤦🏽‍♀️

The truck smelled terrible like cigarettes, they charged me an after hours service fee of 20 dollars that no one told me about when they called me and told me i needed to return the truck that night because they had it rented in the morning. The location received my reservation 30 minutes before my pick up time even though i reserved it the day before. Overall poor communication and the truck smelled terrible.

.no solo NO ME HAN DEVUELTO EL CARGO DE $254.54 cobrado por error sino que me han realizado otro de $157.12, lo cual ha provocado un sobregiro en mi cuenta por lo que cualquier fee que el banco me cobre lo tendrán que pagar. No solo les he enviado estos correos para pedirles que resolvieran esta situación lo más pronto posible. El día 22 de enero, 2021, al percatarme del cobro por error me personé en la oficina de la 2460 NW 36th St. Miami. Fl 33142, donde renté y devolví la camioneta y la carretilla) la Assistant Manager la Sra. Menissa Martinez me aseguró que en 72h este $ sería devuelto y no ha sido así.

They give you an estimate of price and when you turn it in they end up charging you for even putting a water bottle in the cup holder. ( Obviously I am been sarcastic) but they overcharge way to much for local ridiculous. I would say just improve the explaining and telling people straight forward what they will be charge if they don't put gas use Dolley and so on.

Everything was great, but when I returned the trailer I was told there was nothing else I needed to do. 2 days later I received an invoice for a 2 day rental when it was only a 1 day rental. It was corrected, but shouldn't have happened if it was taken care of immediately. Other than that, everything else was great

Team Member Bizae Stewart is in need of formal training in customer service. A formal complaint has been typed and submitted to the stores general manager Greeg Herrera. I am awaiting a response. This was the most disrespect I have ever received from an establishment where I have been a paying customer and is very upsetting. I would not recommend anyone be a patron to this location if they allow their staff to talk to and treat customers in such a manner.

the pick up that was given to me. when you turn on the A/C heavy cigarette smell came out thru the A/C and i had to drive with the window down. I told the assist manager Melissa and the associate tania. tania and melissa were very helpful from start to finished.

This is the best Uhaul rental location. They really do have the best staff working there. I frequently rent trailers, and out of all the places I have rented, the 2460 NW 36TH ST, is always the fastest, and the staff and management are exceptionally competent and efficient in the way they provide customer service. I rent there all the time, unless they dont have the equipment im trying to rent available, and I have to go to another location.

I was encouraged to self check out and trusted the process. The truck was given with less gas then noted. I took a picture and was still charges $28 for gas and $30. I was charged an additional day. When I called Melissa Martinez was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with Uhaul again.

This location is the best, however Uhaul corporate office need to find a way to get a the tolls lowered when it pertains to their rentals. (As a business customer, who RENT THEIR TRUCKS once every month for the last 7 years the tolls are ridiculous!!!)

This location located on nw 36th street in Miami was not a good experience. The truck I drove smelled like an ash tray. One of the workers told me some old man always rents this truck and smokes cigars. Not acceptable! I interpreted as this is typical and that they allow it. Also, I heard another representative did not allow a PAYING customer to use the bathroom. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service.

The staff was always helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and appreciated. Anytime I needed help whether to find a locksmith, needing to dump trash, or questions about my storage price I didn't have a problem. This location is also very good in that in case of hurricane it is least likely to flood.

I’m not recommending this place to anyone, I pay for the whole month on agoust 12 and two day ago I picked up all my stuff and I leaves the keys in the office they told me that they can’t return my mo
