Need help in the office it’s always one person working and the wait is horrible, and the computers always freeze up but the one person that is working is very nice and do his job well!!!

Very slow not enough man power. One man doing two Jobs inside out. One guy very laggy. Terrible experience: man inside did the best he could guy outside complained and sat around a lot.

The original I had was to get a 15' truck for my move. I was told none were available at this location. I was told I could get a 26' truck for the same price. That didn't happen. I was still charged for a 26' truck. On top of that, my scheduled reservation was for 11 am. Their was only one person working at this location. I had to wait an hour for this super sized truck I didn't need. I always use Uhaul for my moving needs, but they should honor the prices the call center sets up with you.

when I arrived the vehicle I requested had NOT been returned the sales rep was very eager to assist with the issue. Very good customer service

their was visible damage to the truck upon pickup. i took pics before i left the parking lot. upon returning the truck to the joy rd location minor damage to the drivers side. The passenger side was listed on the damage report.. that side was already damage and I dont want it re[ported on my contract. i sent pics they were taken approx 820am in the parking lot at the E 7 mile location before we left the parking lot

Do Better Maintenance on trucks. Customer service was excellent but the truck was crap. After loading furniture got in truck to leave and the truck did not start. Battery had died. Their road service operator said probably 1+1/2 hr wait. Eventually called someone else to boost the battery.

When I dropped off the U-haul trailer in Detroit, Donald was wonderful. He noticed that the trailer had a leak that would have damaged my table and chairs if it had rained during the trip.. luckily it didn't and I had it unloaded before the rain.

As it may vary on a day 2 day basis, an improvement would b 2 b properly staffed as there may b a rush of customers s once or hardly any. But the staff on duty was very compliant, prompt & responsive with service! I'd give them a very good job, well done & very thorough with proper procedures and the installation of equipment that I was renting! A + for a job well done upon receiving & returning the equipment! Just another very satisfied customer!

I had a problem with being over charged and called to resolve the issue! I spoke with Donald who left me on hold over 30 minutes until after closing hours and never return to the line! A 2 hour rental turned into almost an $100.00 cost for me. Everything was local and returned within timely manner! I would definitely recommend a different moving company.?? uhaul should stand behind their GREAT name. Bad experience! I have documents to return truck 1/2 tank and picture of tank on half from your company and the still charge my credit card extras for fuel! I’M UNSATISFIED with this services.

When your company scans my card and it shows "credit card ", then tells me on the other end that it's the same as cash, and I have to wait 3-5 days for the deposit, that's an issue for me. Futher, Amanda Brooks was nasty and charged me 27.00 for gas after I checked to be sure it was the amount that was in the truck when I rented it. Trust me there are other moving companies and I will never ever rent from you again. I will also recommend to my friends to bypass your company. Thanks for nothing! Need realiable employees. There was one man in the whole store helping 10 people by himself. Also, the guy who checks the trucks took off w/o giving the other gentleman any notice and the man in the Inside had no idea where the keys to all the trucks were. I waited in line for over an hour just to get my truck

At the location nothing but,at the call Center, people should not be misled that there is not an option at the location you need cash or credit card not just the credit card and you don't find that out until you get to the store that is the fault of the call Center. there is a hold placed on your credit card if you don't show up with cash.

Your manager hit my car whiledriving on of your trucks then he denied it. He admitted it to the Police. But I haven't heard from any Uhaul Rep as of yet!!!

I have lived all over this country from Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan and Maryland in all states I used Uhaul to pull my furniture and for storage. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
