Your Review: First when I arrived the young lady at the counter had me upload my drivers license. She handed me a receipt and told me to see the man out side to get my truck. Nothing was communicated to be about a text link that would be sent to me to inspect the truck. When I got outside the young man showed me which truck it was but that it. I asked him if he was going to check the vehicle with me and he said “ No we don't do that “ that was the second opportunity for ANYONE to advise me of what my next steps should be. After entering the vehicle I noticed the truck was on a half tank but thought nothing of it knowing that I would have to make sure the gas was where it was when I arrived. I drove from the location on 7mile and VanDyke to 8 and vandyke and then to a storage unit on 10 mile and Ryan and back. When I returned first thing I entered the store and waited at the counter for 5 minutes while the lady at the counter was on the phone with what appeared to be about her personal Bills. While she was still on the phone she told me I had to go see the guy out side ( the same one that gave me the truck. ) I went outside gave him the keys and asked him if I was all set. He's response was if you want to be.. Here is we're things went all the way wrong. He then comes back and says the truck was on full when I took it. It was not. I'm sure that they are aware that I never clicked the link to inspect the vehicle. I'm sure had I, the information would have showed up in there system so at this point I feel like I am being taken advantage of. The truck was not full when received it and they are also saying that I drive 20 miles I did not. I would like a call back at someone from corporate regarding this matter. As the two employees there told me they didn't have a number to corporate. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. Not only was I not provided with correct information of my next steps to make sure I had no problem. It ended up costing me another 60 in gas plus the 20 miles they say I drove. The employees there lack empathy or even speaking with someone in a professional manner. I will never use this location again and I will contacting better business bureaus as well. I took the truck to the back to the gas station and filled the tank but the entire situation is not right. The tank was on half when I got in it. I drove no more than 14 mile and since I didn't self check I feel that the employees or someone there is being unethical and how I'm being treated. There's no way I would appreciate a call back

The receptionist was very rude, she made a mistake 3 times and tried to put the blame on me, when she was wrong. And I pointed out the mistakes but she was in denial and wouldn't agree with me.

There were charges under my account which were not explained . The dolly was 10 and I got charged 20. Worker did not explain the gas , where to drop off .. nothing just handed the keys and paper . Very rude . I've never had a problem with uhaul or unexplained charges for 15 years . A call back from a manager is needed ASAP

The lady that checked me in was great... The truck was not clean, I left an important item behind and the staff left it in the truck and the next renter has it OR the cleaner (skinny guy) threw it in the trash... I looked in the trash and found a lot of other peoples personal items in the trash. THERE NEEDS TO BE A LOST AND FOUND...

Listen to the customer. I had a pick-up truck reserved. The young lady at the desk gave me a key that did not open the pick-up. I returned to the desk and explained to her that the key did not work. She said there is more than one vehicle on the lot and I had to match the number on the key, to the number on the vehicle. The key that I was given matched up with a cargo van. There was only one pick-up on the lot at the time. Being pressed for time and not wanting to argue, I just took the van.

The owner of the U-haul rental center personally helped me. She went over & beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. The store and outside area was clean and well kept, and the entire staff was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this location, and will use them from now on for all my moving and truck rental needs..

Great running Ford f-series box truck the only problem was that it lurch forward sometimes from a dead stop other than that it ran smooth no problems nothing did what it was supposed to hold what it had to catch my storage unit and got back to the lot with no problem and it's great on gas I highly recommend this location they have a great well maintained line of trucks

The store very late opening. I had a 7:15 pick up store opens 8:50 am. Then the customer service lady were very nasty telling me if I'm not back by 9 am I will be billed double. I find her attitude should of stayed home. The truck . I shouldn't had to tell her to adjust my time she going to ask me were I there yes I were three time you do have a guy name Terry he were there and very helpful. He were in time. Thanks to him he were outstanding.

Have customer truck prepared for rental to avoid wasting time after customer books online to save time. Have customer money difference from cash deposit upon truck return instead of asking them to come back the next day. (Major inconvenience) Be more accurate about units fuel level to avoid confusion or inaccurate charges.

Customer service was nonexistent, downright rude and aggressive. Cost me an additional $50 in miles by putting that I was driving 200 miles, while I was still attempting to calculate my travel distance. (I only drove 150 miles.) She did everything in her power to come across as belligerent, abrasive, and a downright unpleasant person. If anyone from Corporate see's this survey, I pray you call up here on a whim to get the full unruly, unprofessional and borderline personally offensive experience that I was subjected to. I do not want that young lady to lose her job, but my God someone needs to have a talk with her. She was everything that a customer service representative should not be. I'm not expecting five star quality, I'm not even expecting one star quality. I'm just expecting a human being that understands how to communicate with another human. She was not that, instead treating me as if I was an enemy. Please someone, have a talk with that lady. I know her name, but I'd rather not stain her identity on the web. However, if you've been to this location, or called this location. You'll know exactly who I'm talking about. Please stay away from this location.

The cashier had an awful attitude and really mean face. She tried to be professional but failed miserably. I also informed the guy who directed me to the truck that it smelled awful. He informed me that he couldn't switch it out for me and sprayed it with air freshener, he was really nice and compassionate about it. However, if I wasn't on a tight schedule I would have declined service all together even though they were lenient when I missed my time window for drop off.

I received the truck without any fuel. I tried to go back in to resolve the issue but the line was long and I was on a tight schedule. I went ahead and filled the tank and did not receive any reimbursement. I was also double charged and was told to call the 1-800 number to receive a refund. The call wait time was extremely long. If only they could refund you your money just as fast as they can create charges.

I reserved a pickup and was not notified that they didn't have one on site, so it was changed to a van which I could not use. Fortunately I could use a cargo truck for the same money, but I thought the person who was working could have been kinder, she was not apologetic at all, customer service is important to me.

The truck I rented was flashing a “Needs oil change” sign in the dashboard the whole time. Further, they completely screwed up and charged me $45 to fill up the gas tank! When I got the truck the gas gauge read 1/4 full only. I put in $10 of gas and actually left the truck with more gas then when I got it. It took me 1 hour waiting on hold on the telephone to fight Uhaul and get refunded. Luckily, I had taken a photo of the gas gauge when I started and could prove it!

The customer service there was very great the manager Devita was very helpful. The only thing I don’t like is that my unit is on the top floor and kind of hard for me . But other than that I will recommend on my friends to go to this location
