Elke MNot discriminate against black/african-american customers. Update company policies on company website, e-mails and on receipts. Be more courteous to customer needs. Clean and properly maintain vehicles. Fill the air in the tires. Allow rentals for pick-up trucks at the 7 Mile & Van Dyke location in Detroit. I've had multiple experiences where I felt singled out. The website says "A major credit card or debit card with a major credit card logo is required at time of pick up for all Cargo Van and Pickup Truck rentals. (In Canada, a major credit card is required at the time of pick up)" and one employee who's name I don't know, has attempted to deny my rental for using a debit card with a major credit card logo at the time of my back up. I have been inconvenienced too many times now with this from the same UHaul employee at the 7 Mile & Van Dyke location.

lorinzo hThat location has no respect and even my my wife tried to tell me I can use the uhaul App which I tried too and they told me “ how will I know it’s checked in and even told me I need to return the truck to the returning lane and there was 2 previous trucks in that lane that they claimed needed coorporste help with someone just dropped of the keys that location if there was a gm I couldn’t tell Someone was literally eating pizza while me and my wife was standing there shouldn’t eating pizza be on your actual break just poor customer service

Terrance GNabeehah J reopened my reservation after i said i didn’t want it. She over charged me for miles i did not use. I use 4 miles out of 20 she said i used the whole 20. She got smart , real rude she was cussing at me n my 75 year old mom. I would never suggest this uhual facility to anyone.

Upon arrival, I was told that the unit that I reserved had been occupied. 1 year later I called this location to have a truck reserved to move out of the unit, only to find out the next day that there weren't any trucks available. Not only that, the reservation was never saved. Poor communication

Anita D | First ImpressionsFirst off the online process was horrible when I arrived at the location which was 10 minutes before they're closing time I was rudely told they could do nothing for me in regards to me not being able to get in the building however an employee let me in and once I walk around to my unit it was not ready however I managed to get in to the unit and store my belongings came back the next morning only to be told that I could only come during store hours due to the card machine not working when I arrive on the second day I could swore I seen a bug not knowing exactly what kind of bug would appear to be a cockroach I immediately go to the office they came they picked up the bug but never told me what it was so now I'm in fear of my belongings being infested what kind of operation is this never in my life have I experienced such a unprofessional situation I will be contacting corporate
