At least give you back the money for the days you didnt use or only charge you for the amount of days your going to need it oppose to making you automatically pay for 4 days and you may not need them all. Have good running vehicles. If felt like the transmission was about to fall out of this truck. To he check engine light was on the whole time. I'm positive this causes more fuel usage than in is necessary with a proper running moving truck.Scott H.

Upon first inspection at the uhaul dealer everything was less than ideal (very dirty) but OK. After about 20 min of driving a hitting the break pedal it must've dislodged what was hidden, my daughter picked up a crack pipe. After she found the crack pipe we pulled over to inspect further, we found not 1 but 3 dirty hypodermic needles/syringes. After turning on the air we were choked by the extremely strong smell of crack. For the next 6 hours we had to deal with the smell of drugs, the extremely dirty conditions of the truck, and the intense fear of being pulled over and having the police find something we didn't. Overall this is the worst uhaul experience I have ever had and I will 100% be telling prospective customers to never visit this location, they didn't even do the bare minimum of wiping the seats down. I GOT TO THIS LICATION BECAUSE THE LOCATION ON DEQUINDRE AND 10 mile let the guy who was suppose to have the truck back say he was not bringing it back for a week. Now I have to pay for more mile to get things done because of it. AND. They do not want to give me that 50.00 if y'all can't give me a truck. The agent was horrible, she seen us come in the front door and purposely stayed outside pretending to clean a truck. 20 minutes later she comes in and ignores me and helps the lady that came in after me. She states that she seen I was mobile registering and I said I had no choice since you were outside so long. Her attitude was horrible and she claimed she was tired because she was the only one there. During these times, it's better to close the store rather than have agents with nasty attitudes.Rugenna S.

First off the online process was horrible when I arrived at the location which was 10 minutes before they're closing time I was rudely told they could do nothing for me in regards to me not being able to get in the building however an employee let me in and once I walk around to my unit it was not ready however I managed to get in to the unit and store my belongings came back the next morning only to be told that I could only come during store hours due to the card machine not working when I arrive on the second day I could swore I seen a bug not knowing exactly what kind of bug would appear to be a cockroach I immediately go to the office they came they picked up the bug but never told me what it was so now I'm in fear of my belongings being infested what kind of operation is this never in my life have I experienced such a unprofessional situation I will be contacting corporateSharlene B. | Online Move In
