I was told 0.99 for the first 40 miles then 0.44 for the remainder. I was charged 0.99 for each mile. The windshield was very dirty and difficult to see out of.

I was not told prior to pickup or on my conformation call which location in Little Rock the truck would be at. I was sent to two different locations before the correct one. Baseline location employee was beyond nice and helpful

It's been years since I have rented an U-Haul. I was told nothing about the after hour check in process. I didn't know I needed to download an app to complete the check in process. All other services provided at this location was good

The lot is a little crowded but still convenient. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a little trouble at pick up due to the software but the attendant was very diligent, professional, and solved the issue in a fairly quick timeframe. The pull up drop off was not attended but once inside to get a person, it went very quick and the attendant was great.

Employees were disrespectful. Cursed at me upon returning the rental vehicle. Didn't keep accurate record of the mileage and gas. Truck was given to me with 3/4 tank of gas yet I was told to bring it back full. I was charged for 163 miles after only going 35 miles. Afterwards I was told that there was nothing they could do. Records were not kept of who had the truck before myself. No explanation to the amount of gas. Overall a terrible experience.

The tire system light and tire pressure light was on. You could only see mileage for a couple of seconds, so getting a picture of mileage and gas level was VERY difficult. I informed them before taking the van of the lights and they did check the tires and added air to one but insisted it was fine. Before returning the vehicle, the pressure light was flashing...I was very uneasy about the safety of the tire.

The U-Haul website is terrible, as is the fact that customers are re-routed to the corporate U-haul phone number when they have a simple question of their local store. I know we are in a pandemic, but that makes it even more important to have someone answer the phone locally! I actually drove to the store more quickly than I could get someone to answer or respond to chat. This miscommunication cost me about $150 more than I thought U was going to spend. Please contact me!

There was a problem with the car towing carrier. At some point during my trip the belts that tie down the front tires came loose and were dragging the highway. Only the chains were keeping the car from falling off. The tires were turned to the right. The road was rough in places and strong cross winds. Obviously either the ratchets failed or they weren't tightened enough at Baseline location.

I rented a truck and storage unit. The storage was not available to me due to my access code being invalid. I called customer service and they connected me with the site manager who told me he did not know when I would be able to access my storage. The area had homeless people laying around. I was told by the manager to leave the moving truck at the storage with the lock on and he said he would not charge me for an extra day on the truck. The people that assisted me with moving had to leave and go back home which was 2.5 hours away. I was not compensated at all. I returned the truck on time and did not receive my card to enter the storage until 1 week later. The manager did not follow up to see if I got into my storage after I spoke to him about my situation with the code not valid. The manager could have brought his access and let me in to storage. The call kept me on hold for 15 to 30 minutes for each call. I am a very unhappy customer and will not be spreading any positive or negative vibes about you all. I am praying for better customer service experiences for others who choose to use your services.

Staff was great and everything looked fine from the outside, but when we got into the gated area to store our new RV, it was scary. Mostly junk yard cars were there, some missing tires or wheels,

Equipment needs to be thoroughly inspected prior to be putting on the line for customer use. Computers need to be updated with proper specs as to what vehicle can pull what.

Unprofessional staff and the equipment had activated warning lights on the dashboard...To start I had a not so great check in with poor service, the the truck a horrible ride (I've been in moving trucks before so I know this is not supposed to float like a Benz or nothing), the passenger door had to be strong armed slammed shut but it made it to the destination. When I attempted to put gasoline in the truck it came pouring out the bottom when I let the manager know he replied “yeah I know” then proceeded to explain they have been experiencing gasoline thefts in the area and to remedy that issue they cut the gas line on the truck! The clerk who initially checked me out and became very combative when I expressed I was placed in a death trap. Her response was she “didn't give me anything u-haul did!” And she is correct, uhaul did allow her to rent that vehicle to me on today...I normally don't even fill out surveys but I just wanted whoever is reading this from U-haul, you all will never have that opportunity to give me anything else. If you want to help the next customer fire everybody and start from scratch.

After hours truck return was very irritating. What was said to take 15 minutes turned into an hour. Necessary account setup, installed phone app, phone location security settings, and submitted photos were not explained beforehand. Process could have been much smoother if we'd been prepared prior to arrival. Will probably not do anything after hours ever again with uhaul.

The truck was in serious disrepair. It seemed like it had fuel line issues as it would cut in and out while I was driving at 55 mph. The check engine light lit up during the trip. It stalled outright in a McDonalds parking lot. Additionally the "gentle ride" statement that is written on the side of the truck was definately not true for this particular truck. I have use UHAUL all my life and never had such a sub standard vehicle before driving this particular truck. I did not get a quality truck and would like to talk with some one about this.
