if using a cash deposit you may want to inform your customers that the 100 deposit no longer exists and that they must pay for full balance upon rental not just using the deposit,

When I got there to pick 20 foot truck up it was there but they promised to someone else and me . Then I proceeded to ask about the fifty dollar credit because the size I requested was not available and ready like the online app said. The assistant manager replied that ain't how it work. So I asked how does it work then ? She never gave me a reasonable explanation . I decided since it was Friday I would just call corporate Monday. After I moved my things dropped off truck about 1145 pm woke up the next morning and saw that I had gas charge and an extra 7.99 for a rental fee misc. The Manager said the tank was on 7/8 so he had to put a gallon of gas in there. They charged for 18 miles and I put 6.00 in gas at two dollars a gallon thats three gallons keep in mind the assistant manager told me the trucks get 9 miles per gallon so if I only traveled 18 miles and it was full when I left then it was on full when I returned it over full 9 miles over so to sum it all up we had a big dispute over the phone but the assistant manager hung up in my face me being close to the area went up there she acted totally different when my fiance came with me because she was rude to her on the phone as well as while we were there long story short the argument was heated assistant manager clapping I'm raising my voice because I dont understand how the truck was not full and the where did the extra fees Come from . Never got an answer I have rented many times before never brought back without the correct amount of gas check my record oh yeah had to use a 26 foot but reserved a 20 foot so I don't think I will ever use you guys again I know my business means nothing to you and your company but those customer service skills have got to get better and get a better reservation program if you don't want to give people fifty bucks credit on a daily basis

Everything went very well. I schedule it for 10am on friday,when I got there at 10, the truck was ready for pick up and my service was excellent. No problems or concerns at all. The return service went well also,great professional employees great job everyone.

I'm a ret. mech and that fuel pump was about to go. Seat belt also was not in working order and beeped incessantly. Also due to foul weather could not get the truck out of the washed out drive and had it a total of 4 days instead of one. I drove a total of 16 miles and forked out over 200$. Was charged each mile even though I was told you revived 30 miles free and 59 cents each after. I also paid 14$ Insurance for each of those 4 days the truck was in my drive. Totaling 60$. I tried to call any customer service asking what type of inclement weather procedures could be inacted, and got no where. Extremely disappointed in customer service and common Courtesy when Mother Nature comes into play, and your customer pays the price for lack of concern on the company's part. Returned truck to orginal location, which was very courtious at check out.

I was guaranteed a UHaul 17' truck in Benton for Saturday at 9 AM. I was assured that my area had a large supply. The day before I was to pick up this truck (and I had already hired movers and family had scheduled to miss work that weekend) I was called around 7 PM and was told there were NO trucks in Bryant or Benton. They scheduled a 20' truck in Little Rock, but because I was driving further, the representative gave me the $108 price although it was a larger truck, (before taxes and insurance) and I was given additional miles and 48 hours, instead of the original 24 hours. I couldn't believe it, because I have moved many times and always have some problem with your company. One time a driver was pulling the truck up for us to take, and he hit our brand new ONE month old Honda Accord! So Friday night I bragged to the rep that finally I was getting decent service from UHaul, and they were making up for their mistake.... Well, upon arrival Saturday morning with my family and movers waiting, the location had NO 17' or larger trucks! We had to take a 15' truck, which cost what I had been originally told for the larger truck. I was given a few extra miles, but not enough. We had to make 2 trips with the UHaul, paying for the gas and additional miles. I will never use UHaul again- I finally learned my lesson! I will also discourage everyone I know from renting from the UHaul company. I understand there can be human errors that cause trucks to be loaded down or not returned, but I should have been compensated very well. I did not get the size truck or pick-up or drop-off locations I had reserved. You cheated me once again!

i feel i was overcharged because the attendant said i went 63 miles. I gave him an estimate of 45 miles and he said i went over. I will not be using your services again.

The Chris who did my rental was very knowledgeable however, he is not a people person. I think his name was Chris. The young man with the green hair also named Chris was a really really nice guy. Very much a people person. I recommend using U-Haul.

Have open top trailers with removable tailgates. This will ease loading. In many cases the tailgate gets in the way of loading and unloading.

Make sure all the trucks are full of fuel and not on 3/4 or 1/2, because when you bring it back it's hard to keep from over - fueling. That giving you all extra money.

I had an great experience and did use the movinghelp.com assistance. I WILL ABSOLUTELY be using the helping service again - thank you for implementing that service!!! My only concern is that weekend rental were required to be returned the same day. Get more trucks, please. If I pay for a day service, I should be able to return the next day - 24 hours... Overall, great experience...!!!

Ultimately, the plan was acceptable. Yet our plan was to pick up in El Dorado, AR and drive one way. The DAY BEFORE they said we would have to drive an hour and 15 minutes away to pick up in Louisiana. Had we known this we could have made our reservation with someone else. Felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. "I'm not sure you understand what the term "reservation" means." But at this point it was too late. I accepted reluctantly, but called back and asked if we could pick up near Bryant and drive both ways. She was helpful at that point, yet knowing I had a real serious problem with the first arrangement, and couldn't reserve with another company at that late date, hadn't offered any alternative. she had a very firm take it or leave it attitude with the first call.

U Haul should assure that periodic wheel bearing maintenance is performed. It is much easier to do this than to need assistance on the road for a failure. The U Haul customer assistance network was very helpful. Only the wait time on the line before talking to a person was an issue (about 25 minutes).

I had a tire shread and it took 1 1/2 hours to reach customer services and an additional 2 1/2 hours to get help to fix the tire. They gave a hundred dollar credit to use on my next rental when i think I should get $150 cash back for all the trouble and danger this situation put me and my wife in.I am not happy with your solution
