Staff was rude charged twice. Nobody ever called back after 72 hours to follow up. Spoke with corporate who advised me that Chris will contact me. This never happened and I was double charged. And I am currently disputing this through my bankCARRIE D.

I my final bill was $76.45 but you charged my account $129.34- Also this was a mobile pick up and was confirmed on Friday March 12th fir 8am March 14- got to uhaul store and went through the online movie pick up and said not available- had to wait till 9 am for store to open to get my truck ! We received excellent customer service from Managers Sean Barnes and Kenyotta and the team at Baseline Road in Little Rock. We received the best professional service at Baseline Road compared to all other locations that we have experienced. This particular facility met all of our moving needs with fast and friendly service with short waiting times. It's been years since I have rented an U-Haul. I was told nothing about the after hour check in process. I didn't know I needed to download an app to complete the check in process. All other services provided at this location was goodTIMOTHY D.

The lot is a little crowded but still convenient. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a little trouble at pick up due to the software but the attendant was very diligent, professional, and solved the issue in a fairly quick timeframe. Employees were disrespectful. Cursed at me upon returning the rental vehicle. Didn't keep accurate record of the mileage and gas. Truck was given to me with 3/4 tank of gas yet I was told to bring it back full. I was charged for 163 miles after only going 35 miles. Afterwards I was told that there was nothing they could do. Records were not kept of who had the truck before myself. No explanation to the amount of gas. Overall a terrible experience.CARMEN K.

The tire system light and tire pressure light was on. You could only see mileage for a couple of seconds, so getting a picture of mileage and gas level was VERY difficult. I informed them before taking the van of the lights and they did check the tires and added air to one but insisted it was fine. Before returning the vehicle, the pressure light was flashing...I was very uneasy about the safety of the tire.Dawn L.

The U-Haul website is terrible, as is the fact that customers are re-routed to the corporate U-haul phone number when they have a simple question of their local store. I know we are in a pandemic, but that makes it even more important to have someone answer the phone locally! I actually drove to the store more quickly than I could get someone to answer or respond to chat. This miscommunication cost me about $150 more than I thought U was going to spend. There was a problem with the car towing carrier. At some point during my trip the belts that tie down the front tires came loose and were dragging the highway. Only the chains were keeping the car from falling off. The tires were turned to the right. The road was rough in places and strong cross winds. Obviously either the ratchets failed or they weren't tightened enough at Baseline location.Robert S.

I rented a truck and storage unit. The storage was not available to me due to my access code being invalid. I called customer service and they connected me with the site manager who told me he did not know when I would be able to access my storage. The area had homeless people laying around. I was told by the manager to leave the moving truck at the storage with the lock on and he said he would not charge me for an extra day on the truck. The people that assisted me with moving had to leave and go back home which was 2.5 hours away. I was not compensated at all. I returned the truck on time and did not receive my card to enter the storage until 1 week later. The manager did not follow up to see if I got into my storage after I spoke to him about my situation with the code not valid. The manager could have brought his access and let me in to storage. The call kept me on hold for 15 to 30 minutes for each call. I am a very unhappy customer and will not be spreading any positive or negative vibes about you all. I am praying for better customer service experiences for others who choose to use your services.Carolyn J.
