The guys were great from start to finish... very friendly,helpful & quick. I walked out from start to finish 30 minutes. And that’s only because someone was checking out ahead of me.

If multiple customers are there at the same time, it just takes a lot longer. The guys have to leave and help the first set of customers and it takes a little bit of time. Other than that, customer service was great, the online check in saves a lot of time. Use this location every time! Thank you and keep up the great job guys.

Truck was not driving good need alignment done and break was little loos first they told me 104 and then when I arrive they asked me 145 it was major far distance to pay and make me wait for drop off I was in hurry and got late where I have to be so I was not happy at all I would go to Home Depot next time as they don’t charge per mile only charge for truck and have to put gas so I would have save $40 at lest if I have go there I though u hual will save me money but I end up to pay $40 more

The employee that assisted me was the best of the day, she was fantastic! Prior to this I called U-Haul 4 times. The first call directed me to "after hours," which apparently doesn't open until 6:00 am, so I think she meant "before hours." I was told to go to a U-haul location that does not exist. After driving the same block for 20 minutes I called back and was told to do another lap to make sure. I then called a third time to say the location does not exist, at which point I was directed to a location that I had previously been told was full. When I arrived I was told they don't take trailers and to go to the Sam Houston Location. On my fourth call I communicated that I was directed to the Sam Houston Location, and the response was "okay." After dropping off my trailer the employee suggested I call to see if I could get some money back, as I only used three days instead of six. During my FIFTH call the employee said, "if you return it early it's our benefit to get it back early, but I can't do anything for you." Nice.

Turn in station is terrible set up. Customer pointed all the way around to this trailer. Trailer guy tells you you're gonna go reverse a trailer all the way back about quarter mile. After that frustration your staff says that difficulty was on you? How?

I was truly very upset about the way that I had to scan my license and submitted. That leaves a huge potential of ID theft. If I did not need the trailer I would have walked out. There is a slight chance I will never ever go back. For me to have my license at risk such as you require and if you ever have a breach your response will be I'm sorry yet I will have endless amount financial responsibility

There was only one person mr Jones but he left 4 customers by them selfs and before that when we arrived we stood there for 20 min before he showed up and left us alone again for 10 min but after that came back to take care of us U-Haul just needs more people

Customer information! My paper work was wrong before and after I arrived to my destination. I had come in to the beltway location 1 week ahead of time to make sure no problems would incur. All staff was pleasant and assured be a smooth transitions yet information was still not correct especially after I arrived to my location. Personal thanks to Cody for handling my problem at the beltway 8 location. He was very professional and made sure I left as a happy customer. Thank you! Cody Haber. After all he did , my information was still wrong once I arrived. Overall... My experience was ok the grade does not reflect the personal! Just paperwork

The trailer I was given was not actually the one I was assigned, they didn't have the correct one on the lot. Same type of trailer, but a different ID number. Probably doesn't mater, but it was definitely unsettling. The U-Haul hook was done terribly, I had to redo it when I got home. A side from that it was fine.

Don't have your customers use your online option for pick. It's to time consuming, mostly because the response time from the live chat personel took longer then 3 minutes per question.

Fix the bugs on your website. Let me add a driver with out canceling the service and starting over. Tell me the mileage of the vehicle when I picked it up. Do not redo the quote in person after I already did it online. This is a shitty up sales tactic. The humans involved in your service were fine, your software needs some adjustments. I would use your service again but I would 100% rent it all in person.

Just wanted to mention that the attendant at the desk, a Mr. Rico, went above and beyond his role to help me with my rental and eventual move. I was under a time frame and he helped resolve an issue with one of the contractors I have asked to arrive at my house. They wanted to leave as I was running behind, Mr. Rico got on my phone call with them and had them do a 180. Staying at my property and thus "saving the day" so to speak. Good employee your company has there.

The person that check me out gave me a hard time. I parked the UHaul and he seen me waiting to be checked out he ignored me. He went inside and start counting pennies. When I walked to the counter to be checked out neither him or the young lady responded to me standing there. He finally stopped counting pennies to come help. They didn't say anything to me when I walked in, it's like I wasn't even standing there. I have came to U-haul over the years and never experience such rudeness. He original checked me out 4 hours earlier, saw me returning the truck he was outside and went inside like the didn't see me. I was parked where the sign says park and someone will come out to help. Never came outside, I had to walk inside. I had to be to work and had just unloaded the truck I was exhausted. Disappointed, will never use uhaul again.

The nut from ball on hitch came off while drive causing the trail to fall off n street .But with help from a man walking he help but it on until i could drive up to street to other uhaul to replace it free of charge.but it was scary moment but it worked out.thanks uhaul on spanish hwy or road for your help.other then that Great job everyone...

This was a mess from the start. I reserved my trailer weeks ago. I show up to get it (not the Beltway location, but the original location of: Quartus LLC, 3119 S. Main St, Stafford TX 77477) and they don’t have one available. The owner states it’s U-HAUL’s fault for not delivering it and calls someone about it. I talk to the person on the phone that he called who begins to explain how this happened, and where I must now travel to in order to get a trailer (that is the wrong size). I am on a tight timeline and am forced to acquiesce. I was forced to except a larger trailer than I required for my 2000 mile round trip event. I had all that wasted space from the larger trailer. The larger size weighed more and was less aerodynamic, thus making me burn more fuel during the 40 hours of towing it. And U-HAUL’s compensation for turning me in to an employee (by making ME retrieve the trailer from another site) and having me spend extra funds to tow a trailer I did not need nor want??? They charged me the exact same amount in my reservation! Your company failed to live up to your contractual agreement, then—when the reservation date arrived and I was out of options and was most vulnerable—U-HAUL dumped their workload and financial obligations onto me. I was appalled!!! The second site was nicer but confusing when you drive up. There is a sign to the left that says “Returns” so I parked by the front door, walked up and noticed a sheet of paper taped to the door (that can’t be read from the vehicle) stating to go around to the side. I walk back and drove around (to the side with proper signage stating returns only)! The attendant was nice and all went well from there. On the trip however, one of the trailer tires blew and we were stranded on the side of the road for two hours. The U-HAUL number given in the paperwork worked perfectly, the woman on the other end of the phone was very courteous and helpful. She informed us when to expect the tow truck with a new tire/wheel, and she called at the end of that time to see how it was going. The tow truck was not there when the U-HAUL operator called back, so she contacted them again, then called us back with the updated time. She concluded by calling us one last time to ensure we were on the road again. This roadside assistance program U-HAUL has in place is well-orchestrated, and well-executed... great job! Given all the above issues, I would expect U-HAUL to issue me an apology that includes a full refund, but I sadly believe this message will never rise to a level of actually being read by anyone in the corporate leadership; if however, it does find its way to the corporate leadership, U-HAUL will earn back my trust.

Trailer had U-Haul standard wood rails on one side for securing cargo inside trailer. Trailer had metal track with small rectangular slots on other side which made it difficult to connect holding straps to. Recommend changing out the metal track to U-Haul Standard Wood rails Recommend installing running lights on top of fenders so trailer can be seen in rear view mirrors duing night time towing. Other U-Haul trailers rented in the past had these lights. Trailer had some minor damage on one fendor when picked up.

As for as the 6'12 U-Haul trailer I've rented, it was okay. I really think that if it was a little bit bigger, it would've been prefect. I think y'all should really consider making a bigger U-Haul trailer. Thank you so much U-Haul!

Employee checking me in sis not know how to operate the computer. Told to drive around to where the trailers were staged and someone would come help. Waited 15 minutes drove back to office was told someone on their way. Waited another 5 minutes. Employee showed up but didn't have pig tail for the lights. Had to wait another 15 minutes. In total took over 45 minutes to pick up trailer. When returning trailer I went to the office , was told to take trailer to other side of building and someone would be there to help. Waited 10 minutes called the office and finally someone came just to so OK you can go. I had already unhooked the trailer. Overall trailer was fine, but customer service at location is lacking.
