I waited over 3 hours while the staff was rude and lazy and refused to help me because the computer was loading slow and even though I made a reservation they didn’t have my truck and told me they didn’t know how to transfer me or upgrade me

I waited over 2 hours to pick up the motorcycle trailer that I reserved for over a week and because of that, I missed the parade that I planned for months. My plan was to use the trailer to carry the float that I decorated. The young man on duty have only one computer and it took him over 2 hours to take care of the Lady in front of me while everyone one wait. Pls do something about your system.U-Haul is too big a company to serve one customer for over 2 hours. I know for sure they lost at least 5 customers while l was their.

Look, this location was great. The GM was great. U-haul as a company was not. Because of a computer glitch, my Ubox was delayed for 4 days. A minor part of this was my fault for my credit card going over the limit, but when I spend 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out whats going on, and no one knows. It is a sure sign of mismanagement at a corporate level. I would not recommend Ubox to anyone.

Only one customer service person. Waited 45 min to get my trailer and I had a reservation. Then had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get someone to connect trailer to my truck. Having to verify 2 personal phone numbers is rediculous. Will not return to this location

Fix your online reservation system. Our reservation was for 24 hours and the confirmation email said 24 hours but the reservation at the location said 4 hours. Based on this discrepancy we were made to wait for a trailer because the customer booked after us was more important than the customer already in the office (us). In addition, when we checked the trailer in through the online portal it showed we were being charged for 2 days instead of 1 day - we were returning the trailer in less than 24 hours. I requested someone contact us about the billing but no one ever did. Fortunately we were only charged for 1 day.

The guy I talked to didn't want to help me because he kept talking to people that came in after me. I finally spoke up and he took care of me, but I could tell he was irritated. I called to find the place and the guy left me on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back and he still tried to place me on hold and i had to stop him from doing it. I will never utilize uhaul again. Even the customer service people were rude.

Hi. I explained to rhe gentleman upon drop off the truck didnt turn on once at home. There was about a 2 hour delay w the movers i had ro pay extra for that. I was told i would b notified. Once spoken to manager and nothing. Very dissatisfied i paid and nothing was reimbursed nor dis anybody and swt this situation.
