Don't like they're fact that it's supposed to be climate controlled and yet the air conditioning wasn't working. The wall guage was showing 90 degrees while we were moving it. It was way too hot moving my things in. Also don't like the location of my unit, which is way in the back! The girl who helped me at the counter was great and very friendly.

That's why this facility is frequently busy. Great part of it all, you are not there for a very long wait. They are that good. My items and I enjoyed our stay there.
