I would give it more stars except for one experience. The facility itself is very nice, was at a climate controlled temperature and kept very clean. My one bad experience is when I was attempting to check-in online for my move in day and my credit cards were charged every attempt I made to charge it even though it wasn’t processing on the website and said there was an error. I had 3 charges of just under $12 that weren’t supposed to be there but aside from that it’s been a great experience.

The ENTIRE Team at the S Sam Houston Pkwy. West are ROCKSTARS!!! I have done business with this location for 4 years and have had as many as 3 storage units at one time. I have rented trucks on several occasions, and ALL of these processes have been seamless and professional, providing me with an excellent customer experience. Moving can be stressful with many unforseen circumstances that can pop up. Uhaul is never one of the things that goes wrong, I can count on it going right EVERY TIME! It has been that excellent experience that keeps me coming back and referring my friends and family to use this location. The Facility is ALWAYS clean, and I feel my belongings are safe and sound. Great Job !!!!! I appreciate you all being the best part of my moves and storage needs.
