Setup a service for delivery when people are outside of the normal 40 minute delivery area. I spent hours on the phone and driving back and forth to the location to get my 6 of my 8 uBoxes delivered to my home. I really appreciate the help I received from Steven Davis, Jordan Lewis, and LIsa (forgot her last name). It was unfortunate I had to fight to get this to happen after spending over $10,000.Thomas A.

Up until now I had always had good experiences at this location. This time I could not get the uhaul.com deal to work right on my phone to check in/out, kept going in a loop. The truck I rented had a significant vibration above 35 mph or so. After a short stint on the highway, I opted to use side roads to be able to keep my speed low enough. This cost me a good amount of time. Then I was billed for more mileage than I used, but that issue did get resolved after a few attempts to speak with someone. One person on the phone took me saying â€œI'm being screwedâ€ to be an invitation to be super rude to me on the phone, very professional. When I'm at work I can't chastise customers when they're upset, my company must be oddâ€¦.While it all worked out in the end, I'm not sure I'll ever be doing business with uHaul again.Christopher T.

Please train neighborhood location how to utilize computer to generate return receipt or equipment ret. I returned a car transport trailer to your neighborhood drop off at 5615 Wayside in Houston October 7th, the same day that I picked it up. I now have a pending charge of $443.30 made on October 22 from that location. It's obvious that errors were made at that location regarding the equipment return and proper return protocol. The agent at that location admitted that he didn't know how to enter the information on the UHaul site.SHARRON T.

The worst service from UHaul in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all they gave me a truck that had trash in the back on the box truck. It was dirty inside. I called the store and wasn't able to speak to anyone. Then finally someone answered but they said they weren't located in that store. I could not take it back because I was already on a tight schedule. When I arrived at the uhaul place. I proceeded to explain the situation but was ignored. There was one guy at the counter (very clueless by the way) very unprofessional. No manager on site... It was a mess! I am requesting a full refund as I should for this horrible experience. I also would liek to complain on another employee. He didnt give me a name but hes the really fat one! He basically called me an idiot and said if I knew how to google!!!!!!!! WTF is that.... The pickup place was good. They modified my reservation on the fly, removing an appliance dolly that I had reserved but did not need. Nothing against the location, but the truck was loaded on 10 October and driven the morning of 11 October to Galveston through light rain. However, even though the rain was light and lasted only about 20 minute, I found out when I unpacked the the entire attic was flooded.MICHAEL G.

I was CHEATED BY YOUR WORKER WHO CHARGED ME FOR GOING 67miles when I went less than 10. It as been so long to reply because I have been sick. I rented your truck to have items picked up for home remodeling but had to stop my project the next few days after the items were put in my house. Your worker told me that I should have checked my mileage before I left with the truck. I have rented many car and trucks in my 76 year old lifetime and I have only been told to check the condition of the car or truck not the mileage. I was overcharged and I want a refund on the 67 miles. They tell you to put the mileage down when you bring it back. This person either put the wrong miles down in the beginning or when I returned the truck. I have never had a problem with been overcharged before even when I relocated to Texas from Chicago. I was shocked that this happened. Better late than never however this person should be stopped bringing down your business.IDA H.

The Tyres were almost bare. One burst. The chap that helped me was on bail for manslaughter and the attendant for repairing the tyre was very dry. We waited 3hrs for a replacement in the Louisiana sun. However my experience is usually much better. I feel the Tyres should be checked better by the local dealer.Evan R.

Didn't like them telling me I was getting extra Miles (230) but it wasn't notated. Also they were giving me an extra day & according to the Staff at Mesa Rd., all of that wasn't Noted towards my Acct. That meant I had to pay an extra $400 for Movers because the original Movers weren't available to Move me a day earlier & that's not fair qhat U-haul did to me. In the end, my kids helped to Move me, ask the Staff at the Storage location. It took us forever...late, but overall everything was well until i got to the Auto Transport. Being a "gentle" female, I sisnr quite understand the "hookup" for my Vehicle. I didn't feel comfortable about the connection so I didn't Transport my Vehicle, so I rented it for nothing. The U-Haul company seems to have some issues. The website allows for reservations, even though the location may not have the equipment. When I showed up, there was no trailer. So my options were to go elsewhere or ask about a truck. Naturally, the truck costs much more. Given that I needed the trailer that day, I really didn't have much choice. The associate changed the contract to a truck and for whatever reason made it a one way reservation. I told her that I needed to go pick up a load, bring it somewhere else and the. Bring the trailer back. She said to contact the 800 number before returning the truck so they could fix the contract. Being late on the start of this errand I said ok and left. At the end of the trip, I call the 800 number only to be told that there is a 45 minute wait. Who has time for this? So I called the local guy. He said, â€œbring it by and we'll get it squared away.â€ He took care of it. I still got dinged for mileage, which I should have asked about beforehand and would have attempted to avoid. So what should have been less than an $80 venture turned into something closer to $400.CHRISTOPHER S.

This facility treated me like family. The manage got up in the middle of the night and unlocked the storage unit. He drove 1 hr away to help me with moving my daughter back to school. As stated on contract I moved in on the 31st but was first given payment due date of the 29th. I told the lady that wasn’t fair as my move in date was the 31st. She then changed it to the 30th but I’ll still be paying a day earlier due to the fact that I moved in on the 31st. U-Boxes arrived from Virginia and Jan 12. This facility never notified me. I found out when I called on Jan 29 & was told the U-boxes were there for a week & were ready to be moved to the long term storage facility. the staff just added the storage part to the property and they were not fully trained to complete my registration, but they nee to charge my card. Even though online showed my 1st month to be free. Also due to lack of air conditioning i had to get a non climate unit which was less than the one on hold for me. Also i still dont have access to my unit. Cuz the staff did not know how to issue it correctly. And i havent been able to get bsck up there due to my work. Cuz i did inform staff , due to yhe difficulties in completing my rental. It was no issue to return the next day. But again unforeseen issues with my job has prevented mecto return. So overall below avg, but the staff was very polite.
