I was not told about expecting a text that would ask me to do a inspection of the uhaul I was renting before I took it.. And upon returning the vehicle the person working claimed that a damaged part of the vehicle was my fault. And I was forced to pay for damages. At the very least the person that helped me with my reservation should have made me aware of the fact that I would get a text message in order for me to verify previous damages on the uhaul. Was not happy about the service especially when I did have any incident with the uhaul yet was forced to pay.

You can improve on affordable mileage prices for customers renting your trucks going long distances cost me five hundred dollars plus gas to go to Fort Worth ridiculous thank God I could afford it but the average person would be stuck out in the cold no free mileage at all for out of town usage of your equipment insane this will be my last time using Uhual total rip off and will be encouraging other to do the same you big name company going to learn about taking advantage of the consumer without us you want exist at all

The Supervisor Dana was real rude and needs to be fired. If you can play back the call you can hear her; she shouldn’t be working in customer service AT ALL! It only was she rude on the phone, she scheduled me the smallest Uhaul and told me that was the only available; she also scheduled it as an intown after I explained I’m moving to another part of town. Didn’t know it was an intown or how to pick up the truck until I called another representative on the phone. When I returned the truck, I found out that it was other locations near by where I could of got a bigger rental and used it as one way. I don’t have a screenshot of her last name, but she is the second to last person I spoke with Saturday. She should not be a supervisor. Please USE MY CALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! She made me feel like if I don’t shut up, she not going to help me; it even got to the point where I had to say out loud, “what happened to customer service!” I will no longer use Uhaul again.

The car ignition is difficult to start the car, none of the charge ports worked, there wasn’t any way to adjust the side view mirrors, and the latch on the door was hard to maneuver. One time the door opened while we were driving.

Was charged for damages that were old, my daughter was unable to log in to the account to review pictures from pick up time, how convenient. The inside was dirty, packing peanuts and debris that I did not utilize during my move, but I cleaned and swept it out before returning the vehicle anyway. I was told there was an excess of dog hair in the vehicle, I have a service dog, and the driver compartment was swept out before return. I will no longer utilize UHaul and will NEVER recommend this location. I am a travel nurse and utilize moving trucks regularly, not UHaul anymore. My 19.95 move cost me close to $200.00, you got me this time, but not again.

It was absolutely down pouring and we had no ride home and the roads were flooded and the guy in there wouldn’t even let us in. Then he just ignored us and left us standing there in the rain. And I also was not even informed about the after hours drop off procedure. Will probably never rent from this location again.

Google Maps has you listed as the back entrance. I would fix that so it lists your front entrance. I was a bit confused at first.
