Your staff was great, 98% of the truck was great. Sold here given you a4-5 starts but sending a poor rating to get your attention. Probably the most important safety issue on your trucks are the mirrors. The passenger side mirror was pointed DOWN. at the location, it read hard to see that it was so far off. I stopped a few minutes away and the swing arms did nothing. I sell semis and large box trucks. I KNOW that the mirror can be adjusted in side the housing. While pressing the large mirror on the corners it shattered. Took about 20 minutes to go get clear tape, reset the broken glass and tape it up. Fortunately, I paid the extra insurance but it still took time and effort. Most importantly, if customers can't adjust the mirrors correctly it's a significant safety issue. Mirrors should be serviced regularly so they can be adjusted. Otherwise, good staff, good trip, 98% good truck. Thank you, Chris HansenChris H.

When I went to self check in the truck the websites Geolocation function wasn't working and I was charged extra to return the truck. Crazy part is I went the extra mile to save them a headache. One of the other trucks that was checked in by an employee at about 5:00 pm was left with the driver door open with the key in the ignition. I took the key out shut the door and dropped both keys in the drop box. I know the employee did it because when I pulled up to initially turn the truck in he was in the truck on the driver side but wanted to not check me in because it was closing time so bad that he went inside and shut the bay door, walked across the front of the store, looking down as to not make eye contact and disappeared around back. I said that to say this. Even with all of that I still went the extra mile for this company to get shafted in the end.William K.

She stated the truck was ready but was clearly not ready because there were employees in the front of the truck and in the back of the truck doing work on it. Customer service is as okay, they guy that we returned the uhaul to was awesome. He was super nice and when we addressed the issues he was right on it and letting us know what was up. All in all it was a good experience. Just old uhauls honestly. Check engine light came on when we made our first haul to the new place and made me super nervous so we didn't do another one after. When reviewing the contract with us they only mentioned putting the gas back to the same amount so that we don't get that charge. They NEVER said that we needed to check the uhaul in if we return it after hours even though we returned it early and slapped us with a fee. My storage bill was due in the 18th of each month. When I went to turn in my access key at 9:45am on the 18th, I was told I had a balance for the upcoming month. I was told I would be responsible to pay that month even though I was no longer in the unit. After argument and a phone call to however, I was cleared with a zero balance. Absolutely foolish! I did contact the store to ask what protocol was. There are times where I had to wait in line 30-45 mins just to buy something from the store or ask a question. Maybe you should improve the concrete ramp at the West end of the storage building with unit #646/5' x 10'. We struggled on this using the cart for a couple loads until we found the ramp on the East end of the building was better suited for use with the cart. When booking the storage , we were told it would be 24/7 all we had to do was enter our access code. I double checked with the representative that had helped me to make sure because we were traveling 4hours to this site. I was assured i would be able to put my things in storage 24/7. We get to the site at around 10:07 and attempt to put in our code. It said access denied- closed. I called the Number on the sign for after hour assistance no answer. I called the U-Haul customer service number and was on the phone with her. She told me we were misinformed and tried to reach out to the gm for me. No answer. We had to camp out in our cars till the storage opened because we couldn’t get in. Yes I would recommend them if you haul learns how to answer their phones when their customers are calling to let them know that they did take all their belongings out of the unit and that the lock was still there but they want to charge you $117 but they won't answer the phone so that you can let them know when you work everyday and they're closed by the time you get home to inform them that the unit was empty and that they could have taken or cut the lock off if they needed to but nobody answered the phonestacia M. | Overall Experience

I was pleased with my selection of Uhaul for storage. It was a pleasant surprise to see the unit and its size. I have more than ample room to store my belongings. My bill was due in the 22nd of every month. I was able to secure a rental property moving my furniture on the 26th (4) days later to be billed for another month. That is unacceptable plus no at this location is never able to answer the phone. The call center can’t help problems at a particular location. No I would recommend nor use U-haul in the future. I was involved in an auto accident earlier in the year and advised U haul management that I was not able to pay the full unit rental and asked to be but into a smaller unit after a caught the payments up on the first unit. I did so and they didn’t put me in a smaller unit. I just got out the hospital 4 days ago and answered an email in what my intentions were and I asked to make a partial payment and they refused to except that. Than they expressed other alternatives prior to auction and they never offered that as well. So my unit was sold and there was an overage which was due back to me. When I went to see the store manager Ms Kim she was rude and telling me that there was no credit due back to me when in fact there was because the letter clearly stated such credit. She made a big deal of it stating that she didn’t have the cash or she didn’t know how to do a credit. At the end of it she said the corporate office would half to send a check by mail which is fine but why did I half to come and spend an hour in the store for you to tell me this. I tried to call the store several times prior to going into the store. No one answered and I kept getting the stores voice mail. So not a good feeling dealing with U Hall at all. Not a pleasant experience at all. They could of worked out a plan for me especially by me being in the hospital after the auto accident.Kim K. | Overall Experience
