Took a while to turn in my truck. Two people were in the store with no customers while one guy worked to turn in 3 different trucks with extra equipment. I don’t see why atleast one of them couldn’t come help the man outside for faster customer service. Spent about 20 minutes waiting for a 2 minute turn in.

Service was superb at the location. My issue was when dropping the truck off after hourse.. i was charged one rate in store.. and was informed i would have additional fees witch i understood.. but dropping it off was the issue. I was prompted to pay over 100$ then their was an attempt to charge a different amount on my card.

Well when you have multiple customers people on the clock should not set around while 1 person works the counter. I made a pick up reservation to pick up my truck at 8:30 am. When I got there, there were 3 people getting trucks. 1 person checking us in and 1 just setting there. It was 9:40 before I got out. The whole time 1 guy just set there and didn't help. GREAT EMPLOYEE. Next time I may go somewhere else.

Make sure the truck is clean and not smelling of smoke like an ash tray. Make sure the truck are checked out mechanically as well the door broke on the first truck I had and had to go through all kinds of hoops to get another truck. Then the second truck I got did not have a dolly so I had to go back to the branch for a Third time which was an inconvenience and the truck's brakes were squealing really bad and need replaced.



Person who waited on us would speak too fast and was unable to be heard unless asked to speak up.

This is one of the best customer service locations in the city of Fayetteville. The folks there are always friendly and helpful. Kim is the lady that helped me the other day and she was very professional and courteous. The young man that assisted with hook up is very hard working and always in a good mood. He has helped me on most of my visits and he too is very professional and courteous. I do not recall his name but he is a young fellow with blonde hair and very clean cut. When I turned the trailer in, it was right at closing time and a young black man assisted me with unhooking the trailer and even though he probably would have liked to have gone home about that time, he helped me with the turn in and was very nice and professional. This U-Haul location is awesome.

Manager was very rude. They lost my second reservation, and tried to pass me off to another agent so she didn’t have to look for the reservation. This took time out of my day, and I had another storage unit I had to clean out. Because of the time it took to find my reservation. I was late to my second pick up and the place closed. So now I have to schedule another pick up. When I’m off of work which isn’t for another two weeks. Not to mention pay more money for a storage unit I was trying to avoid paying. This was an inconvience and I will not be using U-Haul services ever again. The manager also promised me a 50 credit in which I never received.
