We've used this place before. Each time it was Organized, fully staffed, lots of selection for equipment & accessories, it's open on Sunday, it's clean & professional. I guess with Fort Bragg nearby, they are busy & have everything down to a science.

It would be nice to wipe down, clean and sanitize the rental inside the cab before it being released to the next customer. Luckily, I carry sanitized wipes. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff at this location was exceptional. Assisted me way above and beyond reproach. From the first conversation until the last they made me feel at ease. From drop off until pick up inside and outside staff were complete. This will be my location to go too for any moving needs. My preferred location. Since I'm military they completely understood what I was going through and I appreciate them for that. Enjoyed this location.

Women this mornint was great, but had no help with about 10 people in line. Two ladies in the evening couldn't act like they liked there job any less. Didnt seem to care and extremely slow.

The employees were amazing, the location was very clean, but the trailer shook horribly even when empty. Not sure what the issue was, but I really thought that something bad was going to happen. It shook so bad that it literally shook my truck a few times. I have been pulling trailers my whole life and I've never felt anything like that one. I'm not sure what the maintenance cycle is on trailers, but would advise possibly pulling the trailer with a pick up truck (or whatever the smallest vehicle that could pull the trailer is) as part of the refit process.

When I rented the truck they didn't have the basic dolly available that I requested in advance - I thought I was getting a free upgrade due to lack of stock but that was a negative - was charged for it which they made it seem as if that wasn't the case. As well when I turned the truck in, I had to call to verify the amount that they were going to charge my card. I don't feel as if I should have to wait over 3 hours to receive that information especially after I've called and spent 20 minutes on the phone to talk to a representative.

The Employees don't seem to communicate well & tasks outside ( not inside) seem uncoordinated or the employees seem like they don't care about you as a customer.

This has been the ABSOLUTELY worst experience I've EVER had with Uhaul!!! The after hours pick up procedure is a joke!! I attempted multiple times by calling the location to alleviate the EXACT issue that I had because I am pregnant and my sister had to go to work the next morning! They wouldn't or couldn't approve my license because they couldn't see my picture. I am a VERY dark skinned black woman and felt discriminatory actions towards me because of my complexion. The guy lost the call r dropped call, and took twenty minutes to call me back. Then it took 23 minutes to finally get the password after you all FINALLY took my payment!! Unacceptable and I will NEVER use you all EVER again!!! BEYOND disappointed!!

Customer associates are always friendly. But they need more dedicated associates at the front to keep the wait time at a minimum of 3 minutes. Movers have stuff to do and time hacks to meet. Train associates to be hybrid, work outside and inside.

Good experience after rep realized that cargo van was available contrary to her stating none was available. I had to show her on the website that a cargo van was indeed available for that location per the website. Otherwise, very good experience. I will use in the future.

Great costumer service. My only complaint is that the inside of the truck have a strong cigarettes smell. This is the second truck I get from this location and both have the same smell. I would give them 5 stars for costumer service but 2 stars for the equipment cleanliness.

The online express service was unreasonably complicated and it was not faster. The process of calling random people in the middle of a work day to vouch for me says a lot about your company. Why would I have my passport while I'm sitting in your parking lot? If you wanted all of this stuff you should have asked for it before I was sitting in the parking lot. I don't want to spend a half an hour in your parking lot when you could have done all of this when I spent a half hour booking in the morning. It's faster to go inside instead of using the express service. Also I checked in with multiple people onsite and they even brought me the car with the keys in it yet a lady called me to say I had to go back to jump through extra hoops. Take a visit to National rental car next time you are at the airport and check to see if they treat you like a criminal when you rent a truck. Your process is insulting and slow. Be better.

It took a while to get to the customer service counter, was told to wait until the truck was pulled up waited and waited not knowing my truck was in my face the guys didn't approach me to ask it I was that Person. Once I got into the truck it was full of live ants, so I had to wait for another truck and another contract. Overall It easily could have been a easy process of communication and expedition was the main focus.Also my windshield wasn't cleaned the inside truck was.

I rented a 10 footer online the night before. When I arrived I tried to use the app but it kept saying it was not reserved and I had to go in. Once i went in, the line was back to the door. I had to wait over 40 minutes, yes 40 minutes to find out that they did not have a 10 footer. A person in line said it was just as bad yesterday. Walt then gave me a 15 footer for the same price but failed to tell me that the mileage would not be the same price. Horrible, horrible experience and I'm thankful i will never have to use that location again.

The location was great. My comments are not for the U-Haul location that I used. I will not use U-Haul again unless I have to. I needed two extra hours at most but had to pay for an entire day. It was a ripoff and completely ruined my experience.

Need to do better on cleaning the units. The ramp on the uhaul was covered with glass from the last users. I had to clean it off myself before I was able to use it.

The ladies on the front desk are rude and not very helpful. I had to go to spring lake and talk to Jerry who helped me reserve the equipment. When I showed up there is a line close out the door and 1 single person is there. She has a 20 min conversation on the phone and line keeps growing. Outside the equipment is not being moved fast enough. Had to wait on the side of the road with people honking for me to get out of the way.

There need to be more employees at this location. At dropoff, I had to wait 45 mins to drop off my truck. When I finally got to the counter I was informed I needed to go outside and they would do it through the app. I explained I could not, due to the app saying I had no truck. The employee at the counter acted like I was getting hostile and rude. There is no parking at this location either. None of the employees were friendly, and I am having to dispute my bill.

The storage was great the truck however was the issue first a tire blew then head gasket all in the same day and then they couldn’t find anyone to transfer truck loads so we did it . The whole experience took a day of our travel with 3 kids and we had a deadline to meet .
