U-Haul has "raised the bar." 20-30 years ago, I quit renting from them. Now, as far as I'm concerned, they're the best--service, equipment and professionalism. U-Haul keep up the good work!

Next time please make sure what you say a price is online matches what you say in person. If you say mileage is .79 cents it shouldn't be .99 when you go pay on person of you reserved it for.79 cents. Also, if reserving online when we pick it up all equipment should be available. And please make it clear online there is a deposit needed. This was nota good experience AT ALL.

Overall moving was easy as son as we got the truck. But dealing with the customer service. My oh my. So unacceptable. At the end the very last guy I spoke to tried to make things better remained positive but over all. They are not careful. Over charge take money from you just like that. I hope I won’t have to use uhaul in a real long while! To make anyone’s experience better is please please please look carefully at all the information to make sure it correct. And don’t let anyone else but in any other workers cuz they’ll just make it worse.

Calling to make reservations and picking up the uhaul wasn’t the problem. The next day my card was charged extra for mileage that I didn’t go over and was accused for not putting gas back in the u haul, Which was not true!. I Even took a picture of the mileage and gas hand to be on the safe side before driving off with the u haul and I’m glad I followed my mind! The Owner Was Unprofessional And So Where The Workers!! To whomever put in the truck information the next business day falsified or did not check the truck gas hand nor mileage properly. Also As I’m Waiting On answers of why my card been charged extra the Owner Through down my contract on the counter almost hitting me. I was totally in shock that he would even act such a way being a business owner. He proceeded to apologize for his actions and told me my money would be added back to my card due to having proper information as what should’ve been documenting correctly in the computer system once the truck was checked out . This Was My Second And Last Time ever renting from u haul on broad river!

They gave me a truck that was not shifting right and then they changed the drop off location without notifying me. They charged me those extra miles even after I talked to them about it. I disputed the charges but no one contacted me like they said that they would.

I received spotty communication on billing. No one answers the phone. Also, you sold my items. I’m still not sure where the rest of it is. Would love to know if any of my things are left there.

Uhaul at Zimalcrest professional except where is the central a/c. Tega when I returned truck couldn't get receipt b/c they didnt closed tkt out and allowed someone to use truck & insurance in my name

You over charged me and now I cant get my money refunded. I will make sure that no one I know uses uhaul. This has been the worst experience. No one at your store answers the phone.
