The tire sensor was on. They told me it was fine. I had a severe blowout on the highway that could have killed me if I hadn't been on a ramp. There was a nail in the tire. The blowout shredded the tire, damaged the rim and the sensor. All because they told me to ignore a light when I picked up the vehicle.Gabriel P.

My day moving was eventful and the truck had every light come on from the battery to the gas cap to the truck skip as if it was going to cut off! Plus, on the day of receiving the truck, check off link would not work on my phone, but it did on my son's phone and we got that taken care of finally yet, the paperwork from the lady at the desk would not print even though she tried hard to fix the problem, but to no avail. Then, after a personal eventful day of returning the truck, I had to be late. However, I returned the truck in the same condition that I received it, except the attendant said I did not fill the tank to where it was before. The truck was new and excellent, but the trailers tires were severely deflated by 15 lbs. Tires were down to 50lbs whenever they're supposed to be 65lbs. And the inspection sticker on the trailer was super old. Truck was great though.LAURA L.
The rigjht taillight was very dim and could barely be seen and could not exchange because it was only 4Ã—6 they had. It took 22 minutes from the time I paid and 2 trips back into store to get any help to put on trailer. Everyone was super niceâ€¦.especially the young man who helped me. He has amazing customer service, my teenagers were acting up and being super side tracking and he had all the patience and even kept me calm during the whole process. What I love about my experience besides my young friend was the fact I could not only leave my vehicle there but I could return the van after hours and leave the key in a drop box. That is so helpful. Saved me from having to rent it again the next day. AND my vehicle was still there safe and sound when we returned, which I was a little nervous about. Will definitely go back to them always. I hope I always get the same young man he was absolutely amazing at his job. It was just quite a distance from the other locations near me. The lot was also flooded so I was not able to look at the trailer. Young men hooked it up with wading boots. They were very helpful and friendly and there was no issue with the trailer at all. The reservation process was a bit messed up. I ordered a 6x12 and there were multiple calls about a 5x8 which I believe is the reason for the pickup distancestephen R.

I have a unit here and rarely are there dollys to use. I asked for one during my last visit because I needed it to unload my trailer. I was told they were not available. After I moved the large boxes on my own, an employee brought a dolly over to me. One of the employees assured me that they could take the trailer drop off and that was a smooth process.Carol Anne M.

The wait time within these places to get a truck or a unit takes forever. I sat inline for almost 30-45mins. Just to get my truck let alone my unit when coming back down to Miami from Jacksonville. Outside trash can was FULL...drop off location. And still full the next morning when we returned. No where to put trash from the trip. Located a dumpster. Staff is helpful though. Drop off..was a challenge. Numerous calls to locate a drop off...was told..and written on the receipt...call number so and so to get location to drop off. App check in is basically useless at this location, still had to wait in line to pick up the key- cutting in front of waiting people gets you shot in this part of town. A signed designated area to the side would help to alleviate confusion and frustration. The employees were all very helpful. Someone also should rethink the parking lot at this place. Plenty of directional arrows driving in, but trying to get out of the lot is confusing, since there's only one point of entry/exit. The pavement markings were not clearly thought out.Jennifer K.

Your service is very good, I have been your traditional customer for a long time, But when using people, you need to check more carefully there are girls who work very well, but yesterday I met a guy named Benita ( black skin ) he seems to have something sad or excited that talks a lot and doesn't work. Customers wait for a time at 05.00 closed but 04.30 he didn't let guests in, I waited in line for a long time. but he likes to talk to other people, not all because he said I didn't book an appointment so I waited to do online car rental if in previous times I just gave the code and signed the contract and then took the car. car , but he kept working and talking to other people for a long time but he didn't finish then he waited to print out a bill for 100 dollars i was startled i said i only rented for 19 dollars no insurance nothing the last one he reduced it to 50 bucks and I'm running out of time I don't want to argue anymore because there's no place to work but here because it's Saturday, I I have to sign but I'm very sorry, because I suddenly lost 20 dollars while I don't need to buy body insurance, because I drive very carefully and moreover if something happens even though it is very rare, I will pay, but I saw the maximum penalty is 200 dollars , now instead of saving I have to pay another 20 dollars but when i signed up i intentionally removed it but he still added ittuan D.

This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Not only was I treated like garbage but so were my things. It started with the UBOX drop off. I organized it over the phone and got the confirmation for it and everything. I know everything was correct because my girlfriend was sitting right next to me while i organized it and she was part of the whole conversation. The day came and no box arrived. Bear in mind that I had paid for movers to come on the same day to help with my things to put them in the box to shop across the country. After WASTING 4 hours in the morning on the phone trying to figure out where the Ubox was they told me that i had not ordered the box to the location and that in haft I load it at their facility. I was looking directly at the email saying that they were going to drop off the box so they lied to me. I was calling the pompano location and eventually they started recognizing my number and would hang up on me every time I called or they would send me to customer service. Eventually I got ahold of someone nice enough to understand my issue. I was taking time out of my day and work and just needed to get it done in a day. It ended up taking two days, extra money and 8 hours on the phone. Afterwards I eventually was able to find the email for the president of the location, Davina Bean. After explaining everything and also explaining that I was now worried at how my things would be taken care of because of the unprofessional way they conducted business all she had to say was sorry for the delay. She kicked me over to her GM Bladd Perez who apologized and gave me a whopping 179 dollar refund for the Ubox drop off delivery fee. They should have paid for this anyways as the whole thing was THEIR FAULT. I had spent over 500 dollars on the movers to help with my things, over 400 dollars in airplane flights just to be there to move all my things and then was about to spend over 1500 dollars to pay for uhaul to transport my things across the country. Not to mention the time I took away from my job and on hold on the phone with this imbeciles. Eventually my Ubox finally arrived but not without the lock that I put on the front of it being broken. It was a combo lock and the lever to open the lock after you put the combo in had been broken off in transport. So I had to pay a lock smith to come and open the lock for me. Finally I was able to get my things out and be done with this stupid ordeal. So here's to UHAUL and me never using this company again. I cannot stress this enough if you have ANY other options to move your things you should do that instead of use these guys. Possibly it's just the south Florida branch that sucks. The Seattle uhaul guys were very god about dropping off and picking up the box when it finally arrived. The guy told me the equipment wasn't available and then when I booked online he told me that â€œthey (u-haul) always do this to them and f@ck them upâ€ while the other guy stuffed his mouth with fast food and talked nasty to the customers on the phone. He then proceeded to tell me someone else was going to come get the equipment I needed and if I wanted to wait 1hour to see if they show up or not. Our reservation locations and time was changed without my knowledge. They also called me the night before to tell me they didn't have any Dollie's so I had to go to Home Depot at 9pm at night to buy some. The truck smelled of cigarettes with ashes everywhere and the cargo area of the truck smelled of urine. Horrible experience. There was no truck available even though I reserved one. Sheesh! Online it said the cargo vans were smaller on the inside so I reserved a truck. However when I got there (again to no truck), they said the cargo van was longer than the website stated, so I rented that and it worked. Mind you, this was NOT THE CLOSEST LOCATION, for me, so IF YOUR WEBSITE WAS ACCURATE, I could have rented a van closer to my location. BLAME CORPORATE WEBSITE for this mistake!Max B.

I originally scheduled my storage unit with Sentry, an affiliate of U-Haul I was directed to by a U-Haul employee over the phone. I went to complete my reservation, driving one hour in the 20 foot box truck with auto transport, and they informed me that they would not honor the first month free promotion that came with my rental arrangement. I needed to call and make a new reservation, which I did. I drove another half hour to the new location. When I arrived at the Broward Boulevard location, employees locked the doors at five minutes to closing and refused to help me. I had arranged for not only my storage unit, but also to leave the truck and auto transport there instead of my original drop off location. I called customer service who instructed me to leave it there and come back. I cam back the next day and the only available storage unit was smaller than I originally requested and there was no way I could fit my things in it. I asked for my original size and was directed to a phone call on an employees phone with Chuck Seeds, who I was told is the general manager. This man offered to have me come back the next day to resolve the issues with him. I asked about my time and gas, he got rude with me and accosted me for leaving the truck where I did then hung up on me abruptly. I am discouraged from interacting with anyone with this company now. This is not my first moving experience! This Uhaul storage at 2800 West Broward Blvd. has the best employees! From the moment I walked in they all gave me a big welcoming smile. My family and I had travel during dawn to get there early since it was just us 3. All the employees where very nice. The first person who helped me was obviously having a terrible day, because she had a hissy fit and actually walked away from her post and left me standing there. Eric then came and helped me square everything away and he was very help helpful and professional. I advised an employee that the unit has been emptied and the lock has been removed. I have continued to be charged for the unit for the last 3 months and now they have sent it to collections. I have tried time and time again to contact the facility but have been unsuccessful in getting ahold of them. I have been forwarded to a call center and they stated they have left messages and that they would get ahold of me and they never did. I am extremely unhappy with these services. I've used U-Haul storage three different times and have been completely satisfied with their service each time. I made the mistake of using a cheaper alternative to U-Haul and lost thousands of dollars of artwork when the roof leaked during a heavy rain. That was a costly mistake that I won't make again. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe provide an option for people to assist the movers in unpacking id needed an for the workers to either say yes or no to get an additional pay or tips. I needed one person to assist me in unpacking but the employees were not allowed to assist. I would not mind paying additional cost.
