There was a long line and only one person helping. I suggest having more people, because it is a big location. Both staff members were excellent (at the counter and the man outside who dispatched the truck)

More personnel to assist customers. It's a busy location due to area and the customer representatives were fantastic but they were few in number. Adding more staff helps to reduce wait time and control the flow of the traffic in and out.

Due to the influx of clients at the end of the month I would recommend more trained personnel during this time. Wait time was over an hour with one representative working on 2 different computers. It was confusing to find out to whom she was referring when speaking. I was told to wait outside for the truck but the keys had not been given to an attendant. I was also told I would get the dolly outside. I did not get the dolly. I feel that the personnel were doing the best they could, but they need support from their corporate team. Check in was smooth and easy! :)

The network sucks I waited 3 hrs to pick up a uhaul with reservations.

Have manual procedures that can be followed when there are system outages so that customers do not have to wait in long lines when they already had a reservation. Also, when there are system outages and manual procedures are being followed, then those procedures should override whatever is in the system and the system updated later without any hassles to the customer. For example, the truck that I rented had only a 1/4 tank of gas when given to me. The agent in the yard that was checking out my truck noted on my form that the gas was only 1/4 filled instead of full as the agent inside the store indicated without having someone confirm. As a result, when I returned the truck 1/4 filled I was going to be over charged for gas when I should not have been until a reasonable minded agent stepped in.

Staff had zero customer service. They were more concerned about talking to their co-workers. Did not feel like a valued customer. Person checking me in had the attitude like she didn’t want to be there. I will try and avoid this location in the future.

I rented a pick-up truck for a few days. I believe .79 cents a mile is rather high. The total was reasonable until the end when they gave me the total after mileage was added. I will shop around better next time.

The company we had hired through the Movers Partners canceled our movers, the company wound up getting a contract for more pods, and we wound up booking movers outside of the recommended movers in Denver. The manager in Broward was very helpful in getting us another group of movers. Additionally, when you call the store, you can not get the local store, we did not like that, when we needed the box delivered we had to go to the store in Broward and see what was going on, the other company had a job with 6 pods.

I was waiting for a longtime before I could figure out where is the office because no one was outside to lead or even greet me. I was told my reservation was canceled, and was given a truck that wasn’t clean, with material still in the back of the truck, at one point I had to go look for the guy to get it off the truck, and the truck wasn’t up to a fair gas standard, was extremely consumed gas that went outside of my budget. The only good thing I can point out on this location, was the girl that help me was very helpful and friendly, she tried everything to help but limited on her power to do. So

I was told something totally different than what I was given. The mgr. was called over by an employee, but he was so belligerent towards me, I was brought to tears! I am going to make sure that I take this to Social Media, and find others that have been made a spectacle of in front of others in this particular office. Give me a minute, and I promise you that I will be heading up a class action issue, of some degree.!!! You need to have him removed, or at least get him some better social skills!! Thank You! I ordered my truck 2 days prior at a specific location, but my reservation was then moved to another location without notifying me first. When I arrived st the new location my reservation Had been can elled for arriving an hour late. Although, my original reservation was supposed to be at 9:00 not 8 to begin with, but was entered incorrectly. I had to start a reservation all over when I got to the actual location and wait in line. Then drive the extra 10 miles since this Location was a bit further, costing me extra miles. The representatives were all very nice and processional but the initial inconvenience and added costs will not make me a repeat customer.

The staff for the most part was fair. The first truck I received was contaminated with Roaches, brakes were really bad, and the alignment was completely gone. No, credit or service was provided for my inconvenience. Whereas, this inconvenience threw my plans off by over a day. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack thereof.

What I would like to know when I rented a 20-foot truck and drove it only 19 miles and the gas tank read when left the property just below half a tank. in order to return the truck with the same amount of gas in it that I left with it took 6 gallons sorry 5 and 1/2 gallons in order to bring it back up to just below a half a tank what does that average out 19 Mile 5 1/2 gallons of gas is that something like about 4 to 5 miles a gallon? And when I questioned it no one had a plausible answer except one person who basically said well it's a big truck you know how much an 18-wheeler uses gas in which case I told the person don't bother going there you have no clue how much gas and 18-wheeler uses for any amount of travel very unhappy very unsatisfied

I reserved with A&A Quick Lube online. I received a text to call and confirm. I did. The reservation had to be updated because I was not returning to the original place I was renting from. I received the updated confirmation #26890133 with the new pricing. The location where I made the reservation did not change. I gave the information to my daughter who was using the trailer. When she arrived to have a hitch installed at ANOTHER location, they said it would take 2 hours instead of the hour I was told (also an appointment made online). She called A&A Quick Lube to let them know she would be an hour later in picking up the trailer, they said no problem. Then I received a phone call asking if I would still be picking up the trailer, I said I thought my daughter had called and yes, the trailer will be picked up, just an hour later. My daughter showed up at A&A Quick Lube who, not only didn't have the trailer, but had no record of the reservation, and saw no reservation in the system. I'm not sure why they confirmed when my daughter had called earlier. I called back the woman who called me earlier to confirm and she was at another location on the other side of the city, the 2800 W Broward location. If it had not been for the phone call, we would not have known where the reservation actually was. In addition, a phone reservation was made in Houston for the hitch to be installed, when my daughter arrived, she was informed that establishment does not attach hitches. Which was the reason why she waited until she arrived in Florida to have the hitch attached. In the past, our experience with Uhaul has been good, but this was exhausting. and will be shared with anyone who asks me.

The light nearest my storage unit was activated by motion. When I would visit my storage to remove/add items, I would have to stop frequently to activate the light. A non-motion light could fix this.
