This storage was GREAT!! It was well maintained and everyone I came in contact with had great customer service. They went out of the way to make sure you had all you needed and what I needed for my move. It was a smooth move for me because I was not stressed about where my things were and if they were gonna be safe. The location was great as well for me. 10 STARS!!

Not quite understanding why, I pulled into the parking lot thinking I'll just go inside and look around or ask for a price list. Then I met U-Haul representative Patrice at the counter. Patrice won me over at, "Good morning"! She was very warm, friendly and professional. She answered every question, explained every unit size & dimension. I felt like a very important customer because of Patrice and it was an experience that I'll never forget.

I’m just wearing a U-Haul shirt” also, I paid for my unit came to get inside of it and they still had the locks on it hours later so I had to ask the woman who had that remark about if she worked there which obviously she did I had to ask her can she unlock it which is should’ve been already unlocked. I’ve already paid then she tells me they’re gonna put another lock on my unit after I paid because the lock I have was not the right lock when I bought that lock from U-Haul Terrible service
