The people from U-Haul told me that a 9x10 storage unit would be suffice for a 15 ft totally loaded truck. I spoke to three people at U-Haul customer service and I spoke to one person at the storage facility who agreed that it would be enough room. In the end it wasn't enough room and I had to rent another storage unit. As a suggestion you all should put how many square feet Each truck could take as well as the total square footage of each storage unit so people have an idea using math if it will be adequate. Was not described all the rules and had to deal with my storage being locked due to having the wrong lock on unknowingly because no one said it had to be a certain kind. When I moved out, no one processed it and I had to call and get it cleared up so that they wouldnt charge me hundreds for a unit I was no longer using.

MARIE B | First ImpressionsStaff are excellent. Key pad entry system is honestly a a major ongoing problem despite staff's effort to fix this problem. This is casing appreciable delay in access to patrons as staff are exceptionally busy at this very popular location. The CEO. of Uhaul should do better . The compound of recent times is seriously overcrowded with multiple trucks and trailers making it difficult to navigate the property on foot or vehicle and is potentially dangerous. Customers should not have to fight thie way from the key entry area through equipment on slippery dangerous areas to get to the entrance in reasonable time . If Uhaul respects it's customers it should maintain a clean ans specific pathway for its patrons. This would show an appreciation for patrons. Last year a slipped and fell there on serious unkempt concrete and missed 2 days from work. So in the interest of respect and safety do better.
