Can't think of anything they could do better! We rented same type truck earlier this year at this Buford location and they were equally impressive. The truck was unsafe to drive. When I went to return it I told the person that had rented it to me and he said he did not like to rent out that specific truck because it was defective and that he was sorry. I was not happy since he knew there was a problem and still rented it to me. I nearly got into an accident because the brakes were no good. Every time I would brake, the truck would make a noise and did not brake. It sounded like it was going to break down.

Not enough employees, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me , price wasn't what was quoted

There are several things that come to mind to improve for the next customer. 1. If a customer is picking up a rental, do not leave them within the gated area without a way of getting out i.e. gatecode or pressure pad that opens the security gate when a vehicle approaches. I had to wait 10 minutes before the gate opened. 2. If a customer is returning a trailer and you would like for them to return it where they picked it up from, be courteous enough to not have them watt 20 minutes. especially when there were several Uhaul box and pickup trucks available. 3. STOP having the associates use their personal mobile devices to complete transactions. As someone in the Information Security field it is concerning to see sales associates taking pictures of customers licenses with their personal cell phone. This activity raises a number of identify theft concerns.

Weekly rate needs to be specified as 7 days. And daily needs to be explained as 24 hrs. From time of rental. Upon turn in both times on weekly rental of van a manager had to be contacted ans that didn't resolve the issue. Brandon had to sort it out which he did with great expertise.

Very easy to pick up and return rental. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was in using the link to upload photos of my driver's license. I had no trouble uploading the front side but couldn't upload the 2nd photo (of the back side).

Allow access to the units 24 hrs. I had to make trips with a truck moving my stuff to the unit recently and when I got there I couldn't enter though the gate because it was after 10 pm. It was very frustrating and inconvenient.

Intake person was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. she also imposed requirements and conditions of my rental which were *not* included in my contract/guaranteed reservation. "Either give me the extra information i want or you don't get the rental." i would never do business with this location again. The women who checks you in and appears to run the office has no concept of customer service and is downright unpleasant. will never do business here again.

I complained about a lizard being in my storage she told me just be lucky it wasn’t a rat. I did not think that was professional. I moved out before my 30 days was up. I told her I don’t need any lizards or rats nesting in my belongings. All employees need to work together as a team even if you have a new employee.

For a uhaul rental. I got a U-Haul storage for one month free. when I told one of the Employees there was a lizard in my storage. she told me it's better to have a lizard in my storage than a rat.I didn't think that was professional. The grounds are dirty and the weatherstripping on most of these units need to be replaced

Worst experience I've had with a truck rental .. filthy front cabin with pet fur every where, candy wrappers, used straws, used plastic utensils laying the floor, used face mask ... Make sure employees at that specific location are thoroughly trained so future customers don't run into the same issues.

I reserved a truck a week ahead of time,the next day I get an email telling me my reservation has moved over 15 miles away.I went back canceled that one made a new reservation for a 15 foot truck with a appliance dolly.I specifically talked to the manager and told her I would take it that day because I didn't want to come back tomorrow and then not have it.She assured me they would have it & they did have the truck but not the appliance dolly.The kid that checked me out gave me some half hearted apology & I had to move all my appliances by hand.This was weighing on me to do a review because I normally don't do these but my experience was so bad and btw every time I was in the store there was someone in there that had a problem.I suggest you avoid the uhaul 3804 on buford dr.Management needs to be replaced With most of the staff.I don't want anyone to go to this location and have to deal with everything I did that's why I'm writing this.I would go back and try them again if Danielle is no longer there running it into the ground

Place moving blankets reserved in the truck or at least tell us where to pick them up. Accept returns of unopened new rug bags etc without a receipt. Obviously they are your product. Answer the phone. Return phone calls. Provide customer service training to your staff. Be helpful.

I would not recommend this location for storage units to anyone. Tom in office is only one who gave service. 1 unit broken into 3 weeks to fix 1 unit leaked in ceiling causing damage no return calls
