I had the storage for one year. I was told when I came to move my things out that I had rodents in my unit. I didn’t find this out by email or buying notes. The employees notified me once I got there. I had rodent feces all over my storage unit because of another young lady had to rot us in her unit. I didn’t have any food in my storage and I was told that I did and they took pictures and I had spices in my storage. This was very unprofessional. I was paying my insurance the whole time that I stored my things Indies units and the insurance denied my claim. Very unprofessional! The only person there that helped me a lot was Ashley and she was the manager and she actually helped me a lot while I was there. Everything and everybody else was not that helpful especially when it came down to replace it my things and I have insurance and everything and also receipts. The insurance company was very unprofessional as well. I hope that somebody will Authority or the owner or someone sees this because it is infested with rodents there! And I feel like as a good client I shouldn’t have to pay for someone else demise. They should pay for my things!

Shaun went above & beyond to help load an extremely heavy item onto a truck that was in my unit. THANK YOU BOTH! But truth be known all storage facilities are overpriced & out to get rich. Owners are greedy people that kick customers when they're down for instance adding late fees when person can't pay what they already owe! Storage units are a moneymaking thing! ALL OF THEM
