The truck was unsafe to drive. When I went to return it I told the person that had rented it to me and he said he did not like to rent out that specific truck because it was defective and that he was sorry. I was not happy since he knew there was a problem and still rented it to me. I nearly got into an accident because the brakes were no good. Every time I would brake, the truck would make a noise and did not brake. It sounded like it was going to break down.
It was my first experience and I was very pleased.
The vehicles really needed cleaning out in back of the van. Could have been cleaned before someone else uses them.
Not enough employees, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me , price wasn't what was quoted
There are several things that come to mind to improve for the next customer. 1. If a customer is picking up a rental, do not leave them within the gated area without a way of getting out i.e. gatecode or pressure pad that opens the security gate when a vehicle approaches. I had to wait 10 minutes before the gate opened. 2. If a customer is returning a trailer and you would like for them to return it where they picked it up from, be courteous enough to not have them watt 20 minutes. especially when there were several Uhaul box and pickup trucks available. 3. STOP having the associates use their personal mobile devices to complete transactions. As someone in the Information Security field it is concerning to see sales associates taking pictures of customers licenses with their personal cell phone. This activity raises a number of identify theft concerns.
The windshield inside was a little dirty so driving not the sun it was difficult to see.

Spray down equipment with noticeable disinfectant and deodorant. Counter folk customer service needs improvement greatly.
None of the personnel wore there mask . And we're not respectful to older customers
Weekly rate needs to be specified as 7 days. And daily needs to be explained as 24 hrs. From time of rental. Upon turn in both times on weekly rental of van a manager had to be contacted ans that didn't resolve the issue. Brandon had to sort it out which he did with great expertise.
Everyone was so helpful.. especially Daniel .. the Manager.. we will be returning to have a hitch put on my car.
Several mix ups a I'll communications. However, we prevailed and completed the move.

Truck was terrible alignment was all off it would wobble while driving at high speeds and it was under powered/had a major exhaust leak.
The manager had a horrible attitude which her employees followed.
Very easy to pick up and return rental. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was in using the link to upload photos of my driver's license. I had no trouble uploading the front side but couldn't upload the 2nd photo (of the back side).
