The track was very bad performing... Engine light was on after few miles. Very hard to drive on evening time because of bad unfocused headlights Regarding the bill we been charged an extra $ 75 for lost key not true! We rented the track for a full day and used it for few hours and returned at the location We did not drop the key because nobody told us where to drop it and on the contract everything is specified but nothing about key drop box The key was returned next day at about 11:00 am They have the key but still charged a $ 75.... They should specify on the contract about Key drop box! not charging the customers extra money We returned the track about 6 hours before the maximum allowable Wen we return the key the truck was gone that give the company to make more money.... The manager in charge didn't display any customer understanding I bring this information to your attention in an effort to help the company for future problems like this by stating on the contract about the key drop box

it was very dusty and upstairs where my storage unit was super hot. It doesn't have elevator nor ramps to get upstairs which made it super hard to get things in and out very hard.

The first location was awful, I had a terrible experience with a rude employee. Then I called U-Haul and they routed me to the Burnet location, a far better experience with very friendly staff.

Phone support for U-Haul App issues is abysmal. No one could answer my questions; one rep connected me with internal tech support, but they were aghast that a Customer had bothered them... and they knew nothing about he App. I am still awaiting a call back for an App fail... UHaul thumbprint logon is not working on my Android, but works perfectly for ALL OTHER APPs. Huge frustration that no one is able to help customers with App issues.

Sales rep did not communicate with me that equipment had to be returned by 3 pm same day I rented which I rented it for full day. Then I received the bill stating 2 days carge. Likely the lady I spoke today fixed it, but I don't like these kind of unprofessional unethical works behavior at all! Again thanks the lady corrected the bill for me this morning!

Everything was perfect until they hit you with a $25 cleaning fee when you drop the truck off. Be sure to budget an extra $25 when they quote you the price.

They called me left a message accusing me of not dropping off the key. When i called back they said - oh we found it in the drop box ....!!! they hadn't called to say they found it exactly as placed. Then she wanted me to talk to the manager who accused me of scraping the truck - i did not and i had purchased the insurance !!!' usually this location is great but the manager is terrible in my opinion.

The trailer had obviously been damaged by a prior customer, but the damage was not repaired. Customers should not have to take pictures of previous damage to prove, if the question arises, that the damage was present when rented. Fix equipment before renting again. All of the representatives at this location were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. This location has a wide variety of rentals available as well as additional products one might need when moving. Making a reservation on line was easy and speeds up the process of picking up rental equipment.

Tried to use app to check and couldn't put in correct fuel level thankfully an employee was still there and was kind enough to check unit in on your system

I returned 12 blankets, folded, and in the trailer. Employee unhitched trailer, said I was “good to go”. Location then charged me for 12 missing blankets. I called them 2 days ago to correct them and still haven't seen a credit on my card. I will protest this charge and not pay it.

make sure all of the trailer lights are working, three out of four running lights did not work at night also the chains dragged on the ground when the trailer was full so they were set too low

Motivationally-challenged employee without Uhaul shirt, had to take a 10 minute break when I dropped off truck, before checking me in. So drop off took awhile. Luckily I was the only customer there.

Everything was fine. The only surprise I had was that they charged me one extra day. I was not expecting such charge because I read that I needed to return the truck on 9/16/20, which I did at 11:50 AM. It looks like I had to returned it at 9:30 AM. Beside that, everything was perfect, good service, clean truck.

Visiting the area to help our daughter move into her condo. We travelled from Va and hired PackRat to deliver a pod to her new place on Tuesday and they failed; stating a scheduling issue and couldn't deliver the pod (14 miles) until Saturday. U-Haul to the rescue. I rented a van and after 2 short trips, we emptied the pod AT PackRat and got our daughter settled in. We're heading back to Virginia on time - thanks to UHaul.

I would recommend that you offer some type of guarantee that the truck being rented is actually going to be available at the time of the reservation. Specially if the reservation is going out of town. The only reason I'm recommending your company is because of the customer service I received from Lisa Mitchell and Mr Norvell over at the stores in Research Blvd and Burnet Rd

On my Saturday pick up it took an hour to check in with only one person behind the counter until a second person came after about 45 min of waiting. The gentleman behind the counter was excellent it wasn't his fault. When the second counter person came it helped. Both people were very professional.

I was told everything was the same with a weekend 1 direction move. I wasn't given blankets or a dolly and ended up paying more. I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I was lied to and Ultimately ended up paying more than I had to because I was lied to. Will look at other companies on my next move

Very old facility. Interior storage unit hallways were tight and difficult to get anything of size in to the unit. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly though.
