Needs to work coordination between office staff and other locations. The staff at the Uhaul location of 4720 New Bern Ave in Raleigh, NC 27610 was excellent to work with, especially Joel Evans, General Manager....very helpful!

The trailer had not been cleaned from previous rental. Someone had used it to haul drywall, and it had not been swept out, at all. I had to thoroughly sweep to get as much of the white residue out, as possible. Still had white powder all over my furniture, afterwards. Otherwise, the staff and service were prompt and very friendly.

It was good, will rent again. I did notice on my trip from NC to Florida and back several uhaul trailers passed me that didn't have working lights on them, the staff told me they couldn't be rented without working lights, but I saw many that didn't, just fyi. Thanks

I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE FACT SOMEONE FROM CAPITAL BLVD. OFFICE INTO. MY STORAGE FOUND A PIECE OF MY FARTHER N LAW INFO AND USE HIS INFO TO MAIL HIM A NOTICE THAT I WAS LATE ON MY STORAGE FACILITY .

The staff was extremely helpful, polite, funny, friendly and very professional. I'm handicapped with fluid on the brain and 17 spinal cord injuries and they helped me everytime. I bypassed a haul less than 2.8 miles from my house to come to this location because of their professionalism and great friendly attitudes. Awesome Exceptional Knowledgeable Professional Friendly Hilariously Funny. Just very -------Nice folks! Ahhhh I love these folks!

The service at this U-Haul location is excellent from the entry, installation of a hitch to even the rental and hookup of a trailer. But I remained with my vehicle and the entire process took about 2.75 hours AND There was no place to sit during this process. That should be improved.

Have ample equipment available to meet the needs of the customer. Case in point, I needed a car dolly to transport my car and none of your location had any and. It’s importantly the type U-Haul recommended for my car. You can imagine the huge inconvenience not to mention the change and cost because I had to adjust my plans. So this is the one suggestion I’d like to share. Overall my experience was excellent, customer service was awesome and the available equipment operated and reliable as intended. I would definitely use U-Haul again.

This has been the worst experience of my life. When my movers came to pick my belongings up, I never realized what was ahead of me. The movers came on a Thursday & were supposed to drop my UBox off immediately after they left my apartment. My box was set to ship the upcoming Monday (going to Ohio) and I was told the transit would take 2 weeks due to the amount of stops and whatnot. I spoke to customer service and was also told since I had a 2-bedroom apartment to only get ONE box because they hold a lot. * I had started packing a month early, little by little, so I could wrap everything properly and label all of my boxes, room by room. I took the time to also use packing tape all the way around each box 2x’s, horizontally AND vertically. Mistake #1 - the movers weren’t able to pack my new couch (I had just made the last payment on November 6th). I was devastated because it was really expensive and there was no other way to bring it up to Ohio since my vehicle isn’t big enough for a sectional. Then the movers asked me for my lock after packing the box & I was confused because customer service had told me a combination lock would be provided. Since I didn’t have one, the mover gave me an extra lock he had. Supposedly there was only one key so he gave me that too. The following Monday while I was at work, I received a phone call from UHaul saying “Are you going to drop your UBox off? Your belongings are scheduled to be shipped at 6pm.” I told them the movers dropped it off 4 days prior and the man actually hung up on me. I immediately called back because I wanted to make sure they actually had my box & the call was just a mistake. I ended up playing phone tag with these people for 3 HOURS. My boss overheard the initial phone call and told me to go home, causing me to miss out on an entire day of work (I work 2-11pm). Finally, I spoke to the manager at the Raleigh location & she told me “we think this is your box but we aren’t sure. I watched the videos and we see your box leave but we don’t know if the same one came back. It’s in the same spot but the number on the box is different. Don’t worry though, it’s probably yours.” I was extremely frustrated and informed her I was missing work because of this and how unprofessional this entire thing was - she told me “we’re very sorry. We will be compensating you for having to miss work and deal with this. Please be assured your items are fine.” Two days later, I received a phone call from the Parma, OH location and was told my box arrived - this was over a week earlier than I was initially told. The woman asked me if I could come look at the box & I explained I would be in Raleigh, NC until the following Friday after next. She checked the lock on the box and was “95% sure” the box was mine. The next day was Thanksgiving & the long weekend had passed so I hadn’t heard anything else. On Monday morning I received another phone call from the Parma, OH location. This time I spoke to so

I already submitted some feedback through the feedback form, but I'll repeat the import parts here. I booked a reservation thinking I could pick up the truck 24/7, and I couldn't. It really messed up my plans and cost me a significant amount of money. Your website advertises 24/7 pick up, and there were no warnings that this location does not offer them! I went to look at it again to make sure I didn't miss anything, and I couldn't believe how misleading it was! Also at the time, I tried to call customer support to see what my options were. I believe I was polite and understanding. I was hung up on twice! Then I was put on hold for 20 minutes, then told that they didn't have the ability to change my reservation and I would need to call back the next day. During this time I was stuck in the rain and cold because I had taken an Uber there. I'm almost never one to complain, but this was such extremely bad service that I had to comment. I probably won't ever use U-haul again because of this.

Employee who was responsible for returned vehicles had attitude. There was minor debris left in vehicle. To my understanding they cleaned the vehicles out for minor debris. I suggested to clean and she said ok handed me the air compressor hose and didn’t even put the attachment on. Gave me a hard time about parking in a certain spot. Office employee seemed to have an issue with a previous customer. He told me where to find my vehicle in a large parking lot of trucks. Other locations actually pull your vehicle around. Told me it will be extremely expensive if I don’t bring the vehicle back with the same amount of gas. Truck had a service engine light on as well.
