A small dent in one fender at pick-up time was marked with a "recorded damage" sticker (small circular cross hairs) but it fell off during the trip. Find stickers with stronger adhesive.



i rented the 29.95 truck on thursday to return on friday morning at 10 am and called to extend until friday evening and i was charge an extra $20.00 and was not told there will be an addol fee to extend, i should have been charge $29.95 for the 17ft and not $49.95 with out being told so that i can decied if i wanted to pay an extra $20.00, consumer need to be told and i was not.



Extend the Covered area, so you could handle more than one vehicle or trailer at the same time.

Did not log the return of the car trailer along with the truck and I was harassed for days following about non return which is just plain stupid in my opinion how do you check in a truck and not the humongous trailer behind it.



The staff member I spoke with was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the MANY questions I had. He helped me select which tie downs would be best for what I was towing and instructed me on how to do so. I work in customer service myself and he had exceeded all my expectations. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of service I received.

The trailer had a broken taillight and was dented on one side which kept it from latching closed properly. They took care of the taillight quickly while we waited and were very nice to deal with. The return process was quick and easy. One of the best locations we've ever been too.

Had to go to three locations to get the right tow dolly. Horrible customer service, no communication between stores that rent uhaul equipment. Still have to talk to GM to get any kind of compensation and resolve. I will never us or recommend any one to uhaul. I should have cancelled the reservation the moment I got a phone call from the Wake Forest store stating the person that took your reservation is not known at this location. We don't have what you need here. I just got passed to someone else. The poor guy I got the right trailer from was the best customer service I got through all this mess. He didn't even know I was coming but was great at figuring things out unlike the two previous uhaul locations.

Im giving this place 5 stars because of Alicia Blakely. She had to do the job of three people at one time. Reserving the truck and getting the truck was no problem, returning the truck took 45 mins due to the person outside checking in the truck. He took his sweet time claiming he could not locate the keys and could not here Alicia asking him if the truck was ready. So finally Alicia went outside and got him straight. Alicia also had to also be a trainer for the girl next to her and help check multiple people out for equipment and continue to check people in and answer questions from other customers. She derserve 5 stars and a raise.

Be sure to checkout correctly. They overcharged my gas level that I have to make second trip in order to get refund. I felt like a scam. Watch your bill, otherwise they just take your money. I won't come back again

Rental agent advised it could be one-way or round trip. Penalized by being given a ramp trailer that "needed" to returned vs one that could be dropped off AR different looks cation, when it turned out to be one-way. Ended up being 50% penalty, $100+. Poor customer service.

I had reserved a truck and a dolly online. When i got to the loclation they didn't have the dolly I reserved. I was charged $12.00. I am still waiting to see if it will be refunded back to my account. I would not recommend or go back to this location.



The info on the rental is wrong, the person was very unprofessional. And they charge me for 2 days instead of one.

I was given the wrong keys for the wrong truck. Reserved 15' received a 17'. No one walked me out to sure I was selecting the correct truck. There were 3 trucks on the row I was told to go to so I stuck the key in each of them and the only one that cranked up was still the wrong one. I found that out when I locked the doors and had to call roadside assistance to let me back in the truck. The locksmith told me then it was the wrong key. I had to drive the truck to Greensboro then Burlington but I picked it up in Raleigh. Got to Greensboro with no problems. But Greensboro to Burlington was were the truck ran out of gas on the highway. At the time it was 1am, I put gas in the truck but the key no longer worked. After several failed attempts I called roadside assistance again and didn't get to Burlington until 5:30a. All of this because the sales person in Raleigh made a careless mistake of giving me the wrong key. U-Haul rep kept making the statement "And no one walked you to the truck". U-Haul didn't reimburse me but they didn't charge me for the extra day I had to keep it so I could unload my belongings.
