I have sent my clients to you because this location has great staff. Russia and Cody come to mind. I liked that I had a reservation and Russia even took the time to call me to tell me credit cards were down Cash only. Thats a great employee being proactive. Only downfall for all locations is being understaffed on Sunday mornings. If it was my business one employee come in hour early to check trucks in you could get them right back out again

Change your policy as it pertains to capturing drivers license information. I find it a potential liability risk when an associate is required to take a photograph of a customers drivers license using the camera on their personal telephone. Add more staff! We had to locate the unit ourselves in your parking lot and make sure it was hooked to our vehicle with no assistance from your staff.

mobile check in is not efficient and has way too many steps. We were in the parking lot after hours with 2 other renters and they were having trouble as well.

Why bother having a sign on the entrance door asking people to wear a mask and only 1 of 5 employees can be seen wearing one? That one was not the one interacting with customers coming in through the door.

I paid to rent a furniture dolly. It was left out of the truck. I had to call & request that they take it off my bill. I checked in online & the pick up still took 20 minutes, which was frustrating.

The young gentleman who checked me in was great. He had a large number of returns at the same time but he did a great job and got everyone taken care of quickly.

Why have your customers to complete everything online to only have to stand in line and give the associate all the information again.. Not only were there 3 associates in the building but only one was trully helping customer. Incoming phone calls were prioritize over in store customers. Please fix your online return process.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. I did on line check in to save time at counter which includied driver license info. I rented the same trailer last Thursday from the same lady. This time she made me get out of line to get my cell phone that was in my truck to up load my DL info. I had my DL on me and tried to give to her so she could help. After getting out of long line to get phone i had no internet service to up load anything. She ask stupid questions like do you have wi fi on. She said we have wi fi service. She start helping other folks that was in line behind me. I did not have to do any up load DL last visit and it was the same lady that helped me. The reason she did not take my DL the first time she said was because social distancing. She said if you want me to do for you, you will have to wait. She finally took my DL and did the upload. I stood in the same spot to hand her my DL to her since big box was in front of counter to maintain social distancing. So the reason she said why she couldn't help was not true either. We always stayed apart, the same distance. My wife was with me and said this lady provide terrible customer service. Had issues with her on the first visit also. Terrible experience.

Only use truck for 4 hours and got charged for 2days. Told sales associate the price was wrong after returning to the store. They did give me my money back & apologize for the inconvenience. It took me two hours to just get checked out with a truck which put me back in my moving time. This Truck was reserved and I didn't understand why it took so long if I call a head of time. Other than that everything was alright.

Dont make customers wait for a walkthrough of the equiment. If you are calling someone too the truck we shouldnt have to wait in the parking lot and then i have to go looking for someone to complete this.
