I was returning my truck after a long day of moving and one of the staff members was really rude to me and I talked to the employees inside and they said they been outside all day as if it's an excuse to treat paying customers like garbage. There was no manager on duty or anything I left upset I know not to rent from here next time .Khalil J.

Lady checking people was rude and snippy. I did not know what to drop the trailer off and she came over to tell me' that I could not be there that I had to park the trailer around the back of line AA. She pointed the area out . Happy to oblige I proceeded. She walked away instead of helping me. I had previously told her that I can't back up with a trailer. She did not even help me with this. Worst experience I have ever had. I will not be coming back to Uhaul. Due to inefficiency in staff, I waited 2-hours to rent a vehicle. Staff were not helpful and highly unprofessional when checking in. Average customer took 30 minutes to check in. I arrived at 11 am (when my check in was scheduled) and did not leave until 1 pm from the location. One employee openly complained to all customers. Cab in truck was sticky and not clean. To pay around $60 for this experience was ridiculous. Thank you for making my rental truck decisions easier for the future.John W.

There was no UHaul employee at the drop off tent when I arrived to drop the truck off. There was one truck ahead of me, but no employee. After about 5 minutes, a guy came and told me to just leave the keys in the truck and they would email me a final invoice. I've not yet received the final invoice.RICHARD M.

Keep your vehicles full of GAS so your manager have less chance in stilling from honest people with the story that the gas tank was fuller that when you brought it back. Even you brought the gas receipts showing one gallon per every 10 miles of use. And tjis specific so call manager had the gugts to ask me if I had the before &after picture of the gas miter. Make sure the trucks are being properly maintained.. The truck i used today A/C and Heater did not work. So sitting inside the truck at 92 degrees with 80+ humidity was unbearable even with the windows down. Also, the truck i used at night the dashboard light did not turn on.. The general manager Chuck made this experience awful. Uhaul was very busy and I was not able to reach the store after calling multiple times, being hung up on and placed on hold I drove to the store to speak with someone about changing my reservation. After asking if he could help or compensate anything he said no. When I returned with my husband to pick up the truck my husband explained his frustration and again asked how, as Uhaul customers, he could help us. We asked if he could drop the mileage rate, as someone has done this for us in the past. He then told us that we were incorrect and asked us to provide proof of this lower rate. After showing him the confirmation email with the lower rate he then proceeded to call the other store that gave us the lower rate and berate the store manager for giving us this rate. So after a long day of being put on hold, waiting for 30 minutes in store (because they were busy which is understandable) instead of putting the customer first he scolded his team in front of us, making us wait. It made us so uncomfortable and the entire experience awful. I left vowing to never use Uhaul again, purely for the poor leadership within the company. Everyone has a bad day, but you don't scold your team members in front of the customer.Jillian H.

Truck cab was pretty dirty, especially the windows/windshield. The truck also made a loud clicking or tapping noise while moving. Only addition I would make, make the out door storage lit up a little more. I am not sure what camera setup there is outdoor storage but I every time I went in before daylight, it was always dark. Management at this facility has been very helpful and accommodating. On Sunday I found the young man that helped me was not overly friendly and didn’t communicate enough. As my there was confusion around my storage reservation, he had to contact his manager (who was not working). It would have helped us out to have someone there for a later shift that could assist us. It took us a long time to return the uHaul truck we rented, because we finally finished unloading it and the office hours had just ended. The app would not work on my phone at all, so rather than having someone right there that could help, we were on hold for forty minutes with the uHaul company. One we finally got through to someone, we had a forty minute phone call with a representative just to do this process of returning the truck. It was really hard to go through that after being totally exhausted from loading and unloading the truck that day. Overall great customer service, clean place, we were happy. I never got moved in. 2 days and several trips to the store (check cameras and phone logs) and the lock was never removed from the unit. You don't know this but I'm moving and in the process of looking for a home. Hopefully that search only takes a month or two but with this market it could take up to 6. My stuff will be in storage until my search is done. I cancelled my unit with your company and went to a competitor because of the poor customer service. Your staff was friendly, but they didn't actually complete my transaction. Seriously the basics weren't done and it cost you whatever the final tally would have been for the allotted time I end up needing a storage unit. Your facility is literally across the street from my current home and I'm gladly driving the extra 10minutes up capital to Public Storage just so I don't have to deal with the hassle of your facility. I don't usually offer unwarranted advice but I will here: take 5 minutes and ensure that each customer transaction is actually complete and you'll avoid situations like this in the future. It would have taken all of 2 minutes to remove the lock off of my unit and I'd happily be depositing my stuff there now. Also getting your customers names right is probably important. My name is Joshua James Foots and it was entered as Joshua James in the system. Not a big deal in my book but honestly the first step to establishing a good relationship is knowing the correct name. They never took the uhaul lock off of my storage unit. I waited 30 minutes when the store was open and then I had to go because I had another appointment. The gentleman helping me said "I'll be sure to get the lock off in a few more minutes" I replied "Great I'll be back tonight to move in". I show up at 8:30ish with my friends to help me unload and the lock is still there. Office is closed, called customer service and they didn't have a phone number for anyone locally. It takes all of 30 seconds to take a lock off of a door. So as far as "move in" goes perhaps once I actually get moved in it'll be nice.
