When I received my first truck, the Ac was not circulating air inside the cabin it was only directed at the windshield. When I showed it to female employee of the Uhaul. She brushed me of saying Ac will kick in after a while. She was over confident and didn't try to look at the issue at all. She was rude and was assuming answers. Then I showed it to the other employee of the Uhaul and he realized that the ac was not circulating the air inside the cabin. So he gave me a new truck. Many times the gas volume is not what it says on the paper.venkat G.

Anthony was very helpful and professional. He definently knew how to handle the customers in a calm manner. It was nice to see someone that actually knew how to do their job. He was quick and efficient. I would use this location to rent from again.The lady I spoke to was helpful as well. The staff was very friendly, but they are understaffed, so it was a bit of a wait. I appreciate that they did extend the time I had the truck for. Overall, I enjoy using this location as it's one of the larger ones and there are always trucks available to reserve.RICHARD F.

The right size truck was not available. I had a smaller truck than I reserved. I HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS AND MY STRATEGY TO MOVE ITEMS FOR MY BUSINESS WAS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN. I WORK VERY HARD IN MY BUSINESS AND THIS MADE MY WORK TWICE AS HARD. I'M A REGULAR CUSTOMER....FOR NOWDALLAS R.

I had a U-haul reserved, and it wasn't there when we got there, asked the place how to get the $50 and they couldn't do it, had to rent a second one, and we were lucky it was available 3 hours later then the one we had reserved. Check my account and see the rentals, give me the $50 and I'll give you a better review, if not, I will never use your service again, and make a public review. Not a threat, but I almost couldn't move and it was a horrible experience.RYAN M.

My return time was 530 and unfortunately I was moving everything on my own. Didn't use not even 5 dollars in Gas and only use about 5 miles and needed extended to 7pm so thats 1 1/2 hr extension and they charged me 46.00 for that hour 1/2. I will NEVER rent. It's a rip offTAISSA R.

I adjusted my pick-up time by an hour and somehow that made me lose my entire reservation. I had to rent a vehicle too small and consequently was unable to finish my move in one trip.DANTE G.

Although I waited for close to an hour bc the rental I requested was not available, Frint desk Kevin (?) at 7:30 am was Apple to accommodate me. Very professional and pleasant. Each time I called I got helps. A few times they did give me incorrect responses but the overall experience was great. I think since the ve hike I requested wasn't available they should have at least given me the price of the ve hole I wanted. The did give me extra miles but I ended up paying more than I wanted. The Uhaul Mobile App didn't allow me to upload photos of the truck upon my return to the location. I then called customer service which left me on hold for about an half hour. I eventually hung up the phone and tried the return process through the website which worked. Have more than one person available at opening. I reserved for 7am because I had to drive 300 miles in one day with two stops and a final appointment at 4 pm. I had to wait for a propane customer to be serviced. Cost me 30-40 minutes out of a tight schedule. At least when I returned at 6:45, I was bumped to the head of the line and was promised an email receipt.Robert M.

First, the customer service was horrible. The trailer states on the website it's 6ft by 12ft, well the ramp makes it 4ft 7in from end to end and the middle is 6ft. So we couldn't even use the trailer and ended up having to use the truck. On top of that we couldn't rent a different vehicle or trailer because those specific rentals apparently need to go back to that specific place we rented from. Definitely won't be renting from U Haul again, rather pay a respectful company to move something next time.TYLER B.

Understaffed...when I went in to pick up my rental, I stood in line while 2 employees were talking about something...seemed like training...and didn't acknowledge that I was standing there for at least 5 minutes. Upon return, again not enough staff...Sunday afternoon...and the rep at the desk was busy with another customer. She looked passed them to me and stated that I could wait for her to check in but she to do a number of things with this other customer before she could help me. She suggested I use the app to return it. I really didn't want to do that but did anyway because I didn't want to wait. So at least she acknowledged me and gave me options. Hire more staff. Also, get rid of the old school vans, i.e. GMC Savana, in favor of the Ford Transit-style. Much more headroom in the cargo area than the GMC.Theodore B.

Make sure when you recommend moving companies stress to the customer there is going to be a 6 digit code and not to give it out until the move is finished. I'm sure it says it somewhere in the agreement but I must have missed it and got burned.ROBERT L.

I requested a first floor storage space because I was storing many heavy boxes after hours. When I got to the facility around 9pm, the storage was on the second floor making it impossible to carry up the boxes. I could not use the storage. People are dumping their furniture in front of the main access way. Not only does it make it inconvenient but it also make the storage look like a local dump. Your staff do a great job making it clean but that recycling idea that you guys got have to go because it simply turned into the local dump. 95% of the things that the people left is straight up GARBAGE that can not be salvage.
