We drove around the lot three or four times before I got out and let my friends keep trying to park without me because there were no open spots. I was sent a text to confirm the condition, fuel and mileage of the vehicle. I made the appropriate corrections along with 3 photos indicating the changes I saw on the vehicle along with the amount of gasoline on the scale of the form. I was charged for gas and mileage because they told me the changes didn't show. However they did receive 2 of the 3 photos. I opened a case for this issue and have not heard back even after sending a copy of my gas receipt.James W.

I am still waiting on a response concerning my refund or difference in the amount charged to me for the incorrect mileage that was listed on the contract upon use versus what I recorded. I was reassured and promised feedback once resolved from either the Shift Manager, Minyon Lee (who was very nice) and the Store Manager, Cory?? but as of TODAY 5/25 still no response nor refund has been applied. !!!!! I thought this would be a smooth process since I reserved the vehicle and hand truck online. I checked in early and thought that I just needed to check on from my phone and leave. Boy was I mistaken, I ended up having to go inside, wait in line, add information and provide information that was already provided on the online reservation. When I went to pick up the hand truck, there were none of the ones that I reserved available, so the staff allowed me to take an appliance dolly. When I questioned why the dolly that I requested wasn't available since I had made my reservation earlier in the week, I was told that they had â€œplenty last week, but people don't return themâ€. Then the staff had trouble finding the truck that I was rented. It took two of them to check around the entire building to find the truck. This experience delayed my check out process by about 30 minutes. The website and app is very deceiving in explaining this process. Nevertheless, I am glad that a vehicle was available and to check it back in was fairly quick.Raymond H.

1. The facility opened about 30 minutes LATE. 2. After the extremely long wait in line where it seemed that only a single person out of the three in front even knew what they were doing, I went to my storage unit to get my bed. Unfortunately there was a FIRE HAZARD as the sliding doors, which are supposed to operational while the building is occupied was NOT open and was visibly locked. 3. The parking lot is horribly congested and small. The Equipment is haphazardly parked throughout the lot. I personally witnessed people almost being run over from drivers not paying attention and equipment being damaged from bumps due to the congested area.YAHVONNE R.

This location needs to adhere to their stated business hours!! Sunday hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This location did not open until about 9:40 which imposed a problem because I had to pay my movers for just standing around waiting for this location to open. My first encounter at this U-Haul was with a lady at the counter named (Minyan) who was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She showed me to my storage space, but never mentioned that I needed a code to enter. She complained the entire time that she was helping me. Several times I went to the storage space and never needed a code to enter; I just walked through the door. Anyone could do the same, there was no security as far as accessing the store area. I rented my unit for several years and for the most part, my experience was not bad, sometimes the employees could be a little rude however, I found it interesting that on my move out day after closing my account with the manager (Cory Weaver), and receiving my receipt from him, I made the comment to him "it might be nice for you to thank me for my year's of service", he looked at me like I had three heads and kept doing what he was doing, not saying a single word. When my belongings were removed from the storage unit (#1948), there were a LOT of mouse droppings all throughout. I will have to launder all my blankets, comforters, bedspreads, and clothing. I'm not happy with that at all, because it will just be an added expense for me. A female and male employees said they would clean out the unit because there were a lot of droppings on the floor.
