The guy running the inside was awesome! He was by himself, running two registers, answering and logging the returns back in all while maintaining a calm but friendly demeanor during a busy Saturday morning. Have the truck ready and available for the time state in the reservation. My husband was called the night before and they stated they were giving him a bigger truck and to pick it up a different location for 9am instead of 7am. He shows up and no one is there except 2 other renters and they waited for over a half an hour. He ended up going to the first location and they were able to get him another truck but he got on the road 4 hours later than he was suppose to and therefore got the truck returned after business hours and got charged extra. He was driving from TN to Michigan and the larger truck cost him more in gas. No a good experience.Jason K.

Worker showed up 40 minutes late, there was a group of people waiting. He joked to everybody â€œHow much money do I gotta give away this morningâ€ and talked about how inconveniencing us wasn't that big of a deal. He also got into a loud argument with another customer and talked trash about that customer to everyone else in line. The truck was dirty and had a dolly and moving bags inside (which I specifically did not order) that took up space and caused me to need another trip (why my mileage was over my estimate). I still haven't gotten my $50 refund and frankly I shouldn't be charged for extra miles due to Uhaul wasting space in the truckMichael D.

I'm being charged $81 for a full tank refill if the truck when I received the truck it was only a quarter tank of fuel in it. So, I'm not understanding why I'm being charged to fill the truck up completely when that is not how I received it.CHRISTOPHER L.

We had to wait close to an hour. The reservation was changed without informing us. The clerk took two returns (even though they were behind us in line) prior to working with us. The truck we received was larger than we requested and they were planning on charging us for that size (this was rectified). When I went in the store to pick up my truck I was told that my phone number was in the system under another customers name and that my truck was gone. I asked the sales rep how that was possible when I have had the same phone number for 10 years. He said I would have to take that up with National that he was the local guy. He told me that he could give me a truck but I had to have it back by 2. I told him that I needed it longer than that and he said well I guess you don't have a truck. When I told him I had a confirmed reservation and I needed to speak to someone at a higher level he suddenly was able to give me a truck. Later that day I received a call from another employee of this location wanting to speak to Rhonda. I once again explained to her that this has been my phone number for over 10 years and I don't know how Uhaul attached my number to Rhonda but I needed them to get it corrected. She was very nice and apologized for the issue. When I dropped the truck off the employee that checked me in was very nice. It was just the initial experience that would make me reluctant to recommend this I location. Thank you.RHONDA R.

The beginning process sucked because the location I was needing the truck from didn't have my truck and sent me to Knoxville which was 23 minutes from where I needed it to be. The truck's engine light came on and it started to make loud sounds as if the engine was going to blow out. It seems that they do not take care of their equipment. I knew it was going to be a problem when they did not have the size truck that I originally reserved. Dropping off a trailer "not in the system" could be a challenge, but Glenn Bullock understood the situation and that I would not have paperwork and return information. The utility dolly I ordered was not put in the truck and I was charged for using it anyway. The movers I ordered broke several pieces and did not report to me. I discovered it the next day when I started putting things back together and pieces just lay off and was lying in the floor next to the item. When I tried calling about the missing dolly the next morning at 7:30am, I got no one until about 1:00pm. I was left on hold for thirty minutes two times, only for them to tell me all they can do for me was let me wait until the manager contacts me in 3-5 working days. This is totally unacceptable. The staff at this location were totally unprofessional, arguing with each other about who was in charge, not releasing a truck to a customer because it was the "site" truck. Waited 40 min behind 2 customers, wrong unit number on contract and then called me 3 weeks asking "what's my deal with the trailer was, am I going to turn it in or what?? Returned it the same day I picked it up.. Great, convenient location but a very awful team running the the place and I use the term team very loosely.John R.

Everything went smoothe with truck rental and Glenn Bullock was friendly and very helpful in executing my rental and he was very efficient. Glenn got me my truck I needed and checked me out all within less than 10 minutes which was perfect since I was in a hurry. Everything about this experience was frustrating. I was asked for a 2nd contact phone number, which I don't have because I only use a cell phone, so I gave my mother's. He then asked for an emergency contact number and had to give my stepmom's phone AND address. After he bumbled through the process, he asked me to pick a code and then said "Really?" after I gave him one. He handed me the paperwork after with no instructions. I had to ask him what my storage number was and where to go. He just pointed and I had to figure it out myself. The code I gave him also didn't work and had to go back to the office to get a temporary one since custom ones "don't work right away." I've stored stuff at other U-Haul locations and loved it... The U-Haul resevation person did not reserve my storage bin like we discuussed, by me renting a trailer I qualified for one month of free storage. When I got to the drop off center in Clinton, Tn to uinload my trailer, I didn't have a resevation and the person working at the Clinton location informed me that he was not going to give me the sized storage bin that I need for free. The service provider would oly give me the sized storage bin that he thought I needed, which I explained to him was not large enough to accomadate all of my belongings, he told me that he did not care and that it was. The climate control wasn't worth the extra expense, as temps weren't well monitored-often too hot. My unit leaked during an especially heavy rain. Items mysteriously disappeared out of it & the lock would sometimes be turned backwards from the way I placed it. Since the new office & truck facility was built next door, it seemed that there were no cameras on the actual storage units, & a property next to it could have provided access over the fence due to the difference in ground levels.
