I left the truck with more gas that when I got it and they still charged me for the extra miles without taking into account of the gas that I put in over what was expected.Kaleb M.
I returned truck at 7:00 am when they opened, girl walked up and said to leave truck there. I got out, offered her the contract, she said she didn't need it so I immediately called friend at 7:04 to come pick me up. I was assured by phone that plenty of the sized trailers I needed would be available, then when I arrived I was told they were out. The trailer I ended up renting was not adequate for my needs. Luckily, the dealer selling me the lawnmower allowed me to borrow his trailer.Ernest C.
The truck started with a half tank of gas but dropped a quarter of a tank as soon as I pulled out of the driveway. Why don't you keep all the trucks full so people know how much to replace it fairly? Warning lights said air pressure was low but attendant said it was ok. You can't call the store unless you hold for 20 minutes. I was impressed with the inventory at this location & the return area was well organized & under an awning in case of bad weather. Overall it was a good experience which hasn't always been the case with previous Uhaul rentals. Attendants were friendly & knowledgeable.Cara S.

I rented a small truck for one day. I returned the truck after about 4.5 hours to the same location but the store was closed. The next morning I spoke with someone in the store to tell them the truck was already there. A few hours later I was charged for a second day. Of course I wasn't happy and had to make call after call to get answers as why I was doubled charged and get a refund.KIMBERLY B.
