This was not the truck that I reserved on the 1st of November. I did not have the phone # for u-haul on Clinton Hwy. I called Chapman Hwy and reserved a cargo van and they sd that this reservation would be transferred to Clinton Hwy. It was not. I was told that I had to take this 10 foot or drive all the way to Chapman Hwy. I was told by owner that I would have to take the cargo van back to Chapman Hwy and could not do anything but take a vehicle that I did not want. I called Customer Service and complained about it and she told me that I would only be charged for the mileage because of my trouble. I was not charged just mileage, I was charged $59.43. I am furious about my experience. I have used u-haul for years. This will be my last time to use U-Haul and I will tell all to others. This owner needs to be fired. I was to pick up my cargo van at 8:00am and I arrived at this U-Haul 15 minutes after seven o'clock and no one was there and the place was locked. I waited until 15 minutes to eight o'clock and called and she picked up the phone at her residence and sd I'll find someone for you. I was left on the phone and in twenty minutes now after eight o'clock she arrived at the store. She needs to be fired. Customer Service knows all about the morning of the 21st of November. I was not to be charged for the wrong vehicle and this owner lied to me over and over.

The older guy at the front was very rude and disrespectful. I was very nice and respectful to him I told the other Uhaul worker that when he came back in if his attitude and rudeness didn’t change mine was. I had enough of him. If he is having a bad day it should be taken out on a Custmer.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. He answered all our questions without hesitation. He was able to juggle us, the phone and acknowledge another customer when they walked in. The truck was clean and in good repair. We returned the vehicle after hours and found the process to be well explained on the website and saved us much valuable time and mileage when we did not have to return the next day.

Improve? Absolutely nothing. The experience was perfect from beginning to end exactly what I needed and everybody I dealt with was very professional and seem to be very happy with their jobs. Thank you U-Haul for making my day easier as always.

Nice lady checked me in. Nice facility. Quick process Truck did not have a full tank of gas. It was below full within 10 miltes of driving. Front end alignment was terrible. Pulled really hard to the right. It also needed a tune up. Spent a lot on gas.

The assistant manager was extremely rude instead of calling me while i was moving with the truck and needed to rent another day, he rented it to someone else and I needed it a 3rd day. He argued with me allot. I called at 2pm the truck wasnt due back till 5pm. I asked for a supervisor he said he was the 2nd in line and they would tell me the same that i couldnt rent another day. I asked why he didnt just call me and ask. He said that wasnt something he does. But they ended up having a young lady call me back and helped me and it all worked out i kept it another day. They ended up calling the lady who reserved the truck i had to ask if she could take a next size up. I am disabled so it would have helped if he we're kinder.
