TERRY WI did 24/7 and the key that was in the lock box had another truck parked in front of that. I feel like that was very frustrating. I had to call customer service and wait on hold for 40 minutes because they failed to make sure the vehicle they are putting in the lock box is ready to go. Totally not fair and then I returned the truck with more gas then I got it and I was still charged for gas.
Taren GI was extremly happy with the whole process from beginning to end. I will say that one of the boxes had a broken door and I got no responce other than I would get a call. That did not happen. I repaired the door myself useing my materials and know how. Thank you.

WILLIAM KStaff was busy on their phone. Didn’t explain I needed to fill it back up. It was only had a half a tank when I rented it. Having never done this before a little explanation would’ve been helpful.. also got charged three times the gas right because I didn’t fill it up.

Terry LWhen you make an online reservation it shouldn't take 20 minutes at the counter getting your reservation. You give all the information online, the only thing they need after that is to photo copy your drivers license and process the charge which was all done online during the reservation. I have rented cars and trucks where you go to the customer service desk where your check-in includes walking up, giving your drivers license for verification, and being assigned the rental vehicle.
DENNIS SA little faster check-in would be good, especially when you check-in online. But overall, a pretty good experience.

ANTHONY MMake sure equipment being picked up is functioning properly. Car, dolly, brake lights, running lights, and left turn signal. Come to find out five hours into my trip at Knight did not function. This verified by U-Haul manager that it was equipment failure not my truck receptacle when I dropped off the. Car dolly in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. I had planned to drive through the night, but that was compromised when I pulled over to get gas first time on my trip back to Michigan from Florida.
BARRY MKrista was extremely rude and unhelpful. She also discriminated against my temporary disability and told me it’s not her problem that the building is not accessible (blocked entryway). Unacceptable

Was made to think I had a balance when it turns out my return from a year ago wasn’t updated correctly just made my whole moving day set back for little to no reason.

MARCELO HThe guy who was supposed to get us the trailer was uninformed and not friendly. The original trailer would have requires moving 4 trailers to get to it. I asked him to change it to the one in front. At first he told me he didn't have an order for me. I showed him the paper work. He finally called then office and gave me the trailer in front. He barely spoke English and needs training in customer service .at least greet customers with a smile and speak to them.

JAMES AAutumn the assistant manager was very pleasant and helped me fix the pricing error for my 10 ft rental and she was very patient with me throughout the phone conversation. She even provided information about free 1-month storage rental included with my truck rental and I did not even know about this before. Everyone at the facility in Fort Myers was very helpful and pleasant including the staff who helped give us the keys and the guy outside who helped us find the truck. Thank you!

LUIS HEmployees and owner were very helpful in getting us a rental after another location failed to honor an online reservation. Staff was very understanding and polite. This location will be my go to from here on.
ROBERT CTrailer Left brake light and most marker lights were out. The worker stated all was good. 4 hr drive at night not safe. So I dropped it at different location to safe Uhall charged me $350 extra …. sad and unprofessional
THOMAS CCheck the internal wood strips on this one as the bottom front left (or right) end is not secured to the wall. Therefore I could not tie my cargo to it. Loose ends seem to be a common issue on the older trailers, I just never thought of mentioning it before now. I just worked around it. The floor rings are good and I used the next opening on the strip. The people here are very good at their jobs. I've made this my new go-to location as we are settled here. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Every Sherwin-Williams serves coffee so that concept says it all about their saddle-up time. I need to be in and out and this operation is very good at it.

CHRISTIAN SConcerning about the safety of the next costumer I told stuff from your company as I was returning the car about a little defect in the wheel! It didn’t bother anyone, I had no accident it was just an information to have a safer driving without having risk of bursting the wheel at next! You could not even seen it if I wouldn’t have mentioned it! Nevertheless I’ve been charged for it even though I had an insurance that covered all! This is disappointing for being an honest person und very disappointing for your costumer service! I’ll never rent again! Sadly

I requested move out of my unit on 5/3 and now this is showing my move out for 6/3. After “moving out” of my unit and checking out online, I have received no less than 5 invoices telling me I have a late charge, however, every time I call in to customer service, I don’t owe anything. We are over 30 days after move out and I can’t get a phone call back from Greeg Herrera the “GM” of the facility. I have called in 3x and asked for Greeg but still can’t get any phone call back. Honestly embarrassing management as customer service seems to have fallen off for this gentleman. With that being said, the customer service agents and Jonathan B that I talked to were very useful.

I sent my rep because I couldn't get out of bed due to disability and she wanted a power of attorney. Because I had to fly out next day that was impossible. I had to go down with cane and pain and your rep was still nasty and rude. I called on phone re move out and your phone rep insisted I go to office. Bad business and ADA violations I'm sure, just to move out of my storage I had for years with you.

Employees have no customer service. No greeting when you walk in. On personal cell phones and always a line. Reservations are entered incorrectly. When being attended to employee rudely interrupts you to help another customer that is being attended by another employee. By far the worst location. Ubox has been damaged for almost 2 years and personal information never updated. This whole team including management need some serious training.

The ceiling was falling out. They raised the rental fee and the storage space was not worth it. I didn’t even complain to them I called the 800 number to check out and they sent my call to the location.

The most difficult thing is when I call the local number, it is extremely rare that someone answers. I am almost 100% shunted to the central UHaul number and just have to leave a message. The prices were at an all time high in the decades dealing w/ your company and feel its NO longer considered competitive pricing but gouging!!.. but sadly I'm faced with no other choice than to pay. I also think the amount of emails for me to RATE your company before I even got my truck rented or moved into the room bordered on harassing!! considering I deleted 12 of them in a mater of days and continued to recieve RATE YOUR EXPERIENCE prompts etc via emails & text until I did!!! I even got an email saying I was late on room payment for a wrong room size that should have been deleted from your system and my money refunded or exchanged for the one I actually DID need! I HOPE this is satisfying and you will Now leave me be on the emails & text now!!! I don't have time to play on the computer and prefer my face to face dealings to earn ratings Not an automated forced opinion!!! Thank you - would not rate for exorbitant pricing - sorry!! It's just too high for the 15 other states I've lived in.
