cassandra b | First ImpressionsAfter setting up autopay, my first payment has a late charge on it but couldn’t get it removed. I requested move out of my unit on 5/3 and now this is showing my move out for 6/3. After “moving out” of my unit and checking out online, I have received no less than 5 invoices telling me I have a late charge, however, every time I call in to customer service, I don’t owe anything. We are over 30 days after move out and I can’t get a phone call back from Greeg Herrera the “GM” of the facility. I have called in 3x and asked for Greeg but still can’t get any phone call back. Honestly embarrassing management as customer service seems to have fallen off for this gentleman. With that being said, the customer service agents and Jonathan B that I talked to were very useful.
