I was asked to remove a truck from between two other trucks by the manager, but in the a complaining aisle there were two trucks parked at an angle over the line. This would have made me almost run into one of the other trucks. I asked the manager would he have so.eone to move it out for me because of the way they parked it. He went back and forth with ke telling me why are you driving if you can move those close trucks. I came back inside since I had to squeeze between two other trucks in adjacent aisle to get in the truck. I went back in asked the manager that I refused to move it park where issues could happen. He got upset told one of his associates go move that truck out for him.Elijah H.

When I picked up the trailer, the guy that hitched it up did the following: 1. Saw and acknowledged a broken padlock in the bed of the trailer and had no intentions of removing it until I said something. A loose padlock on the trailer bed presents an obvious road hazard to others. 2. He checked the flashers on the trailer noting that they did not work. When I inquired about the inop flashers, he said â€œyou'll be OK, people do that all the timeâ€. I told him if someone runs into the back of me, I'll be liable because NONE of the trailer lights work. I showed him the OBVIOUS broken wires on the trailer and had to INSIST on another trailer that is road safe. On top of it all, I didn't like the fact that I had to upload my license and photo to a facial recognition database. I understand it is to protect UHaul for criminals but I'm not a criminal and don't appreciate being treated like one.BRANDON T.

Reservation can be handled a little better from what I experienced on today.but I understand the whole world is going through pretty much the same thing right now. EVICTIONS!!!! Just like COVID it was unexpected. So I feel right now you all need a few more trucks.because sometimes things happen in the process of moving.and people don't have to be turned away or not get the vehicle that they reserved 2 weeks ahead of the time that they need a U haul Truck,to the fact that of the timing that a person thought that they would be finished moving in that time frame to return the truck.Regina B.
The people were great. They hooked up the trailer to the truck I rented. And made sure the turn signals, brake lights were operating properly. And asked if I had any questions. The morning managerial staff should be more friendlier, especially management. The young man that assisted me was wonderful and extremely, courteous and helpful. The manager on the other hand wasn't, he was too busy barking orders at the young man that was assisting us, and he didn't even say good morning after opening the front doors.Evelyn C.

Diamond told me my truck was in DD. I spent 30-40 minutes trying to complete the "before you go" on the WRONG truck. I noticed the mileage difference and I couldn't crank the truck. She told me she would come to see my problem but I had to wait for her to complete the other customers in the store.. A young man came out and showed me my truck in lane EE. I had an initial reservation 5 minutes from my home. The evening before my reservation was moved to a location 30 minutes away. When I called to ask why or see if anything was closer, I was transferred to a total of 4 people, having to wait 6-7 minutes on hold before each person, some of them transferring me even before I asked a question. The morning of my reservation I headed to the location 30 minutes away only to find that it was a run down tire shop with no one there and the truck size I reserved was not there. I spent another 30 minutes on the phone that morning to desperately find a truck and finally was sent to my final location. There, they told me that they had double booked the truck and that they wouldn't have anything available for me initially. Finally they were able to find something at that location to make it work, but instead of one way like I originally booked, I needed to return the truck there later that day which overall cost more in both fuel and miles. The phone customer service and online booking through uhaul are overall terrible, and I will avoid using the company in the future.Danielle D.

Poor customer service. I reserved storage unit weeks in advance with a credit card on file. When I got to the storage facility, the unit I requested was not available which cause me to have to take the next size unit at a higher cost. Rep said take it or leave it. How can I leave it if I had a moving company moving my property. No consideration what so ever. I would not recommend anyone to this location or to uhaul if this is the service you render to customers. If you reserve a unit that unit should be held if credit card is on hold to reserve it. The only issue I had was trying to reach someone in the office onsite. I moved out my storage on May 14th and I had just moved into my home. I did not hey chance to go back to the unit because I also had surgery scheduled.
