The employee did a fine job managing multiple customers. I did notice that from when I arrived to when I left (when picking up my rental) that no employee greeted me or others. Just that simple greeting would raise the bar and it does not require that much effort. While checking people in/out at the desk maybe between customers pop your head up to acknowledge the customers inside. When someone does those little things, it can make someone's day that much better. Don't want to? It won't stop me from coming, but it may stop me or others from being nice/pleasant.Annemarie L.

I was very upset as this was my 2nd location I had to drive to that morning to try to pick up a truck as the 1 st location was shut down and the U-Hal company had no idea that is was shutdown!!! When I finally arrived here to this location about 5 people walked in & out the front desk and didnt even speak or ask if I needed help or anything!!! Then finally the "owner" she had a tag on saying owner walked in with an attitude and half way helped me as she was so busy texting on her phone she kept stoping & stoping to text and not check me out, as all the back 7 forth wasnt bad enough I had movers waiting at the house who I was paying by the hour to just sit there because of all the running around trying to get a truck!Dawn S.

Was charged an extra day's rate. Had the truck from 9:30 to 3pm. Very backed up with returns. Arrived back by 3 but clocked as 3:18. Regardless, if the day rate is $19.95, it is a scam to charge more if the vehicle is returned the same day. Will not use this facility again and will report to better business and consumer reports.CATHERINE H.

The mileage was wrong at pickup and upon return I could not turn the truck in online using the â€œeasy checkoutâ€ process. I had to wait for 1.5 hours to get someone to pickup on the National number to check me out. Very frustrating. Also I requested 3 dozen pads and only got half. When asking about military discount I was told that their site was too far away from the closest base. It is exactly 3.5 miles away. Insulting and ridiculous. Worst moving experience. Will never use U-Haul again and do not recommend anyone using them. Horrible customer service, you're just a number and money to them. Messed up my reservation and didn't have the size of truck I needed or the car carrier. Spend 4 hours on the phone with customer service and at a location on moving day trying to get a truck and carrier. Was late getting back home for movers, which luckily they were flexible and could push back my move time. Only got a truck on the day I reserved. U-Haul tried making me drive 4 hours round trip to pick up a car carrier the following day. When I finally found a carrier in town by calling around, took away the discount they had originally offered and didn't provide any other discount for all the hassle and stress I went through. Not even $200-300 which I asked for and was completely reasonable considering I paid them $1550. And to top it off, manager at the office I picked up the car carrier at was completely rude to me. Moving day is stressful enough, use a company that actually honors your reservation. U-Haul over books and you're left on your own to figure it out when they don't have the equipment you need.Sarah K.

We picked up a cargo van at 9:00 am and the location was already very busy. I understand having to wait when things are busy, and I feel for the people working and probably feeling overwhelmed, but friendliness should be at its highest when lots of customers are around, not at a low. Friendly customer service will make people come back even when they have to wait. This location clearly has no lack of customers, hopefully, the customers you have going forward receive a more friendly customer service experience.HARVEY R.

The vehicle that I got was older and it appeared that it had a gas filter problem is it's slowed and spit up in a peculiar fashion. I was not happy with the equipment maintenance on this vehicle. And next time will request a newer vehicleChristine F.

This location is great, I only gave two stars because U-Haul forced me to drop off at this location and pay a wrong drop off location fee. I was supposed to drop off at â€œphillys house of cheesesteaksâ€ but that location was closed during its open hours and it honestly looked like it hadn't been open for years. If U-Haul has any integrity it will remove the cheesesteak place from its operations.Daniel D.

I am a frequent business customer of Uhaul renting several truck monthly to make our deliveries. I rented and open trailer and retuned it 2 hours late. the trailer was unhooked from my truck and immediately attached to another individuals. I was charged for a 2nd day though the trailer was rented to someone else. iI should have just kept the trailer another day if I was paying for it. We will be looking for another source for future truck rental. Glad we were a Valued Customer!MARION H.

I rented a 10x10x8 unit where the door and latch didn’t match up correctly. The round lock I was forced to buy would not work in the lower latch hole so I had use another lock. When I returned a week later I’m locked out. The staff guy refused to unlock the unit so I could unlock my stuff. We finally had to stop all your customers that were waiting so we could force the staff guy to unlock our unit. Upon removing boxes from storage, all stored along the cement wall had mold. The boxes on the floor had water damage. We were on the second floor and unsure how they had water damage. Shelving units - the shelves themselves, also had water damage on the bottom and therefore are no longer useful.
