All of my belongings were ruined due to the building having a roof leak, flooded the entire unit every time it was raining. Manager Tanya was very helpful in getting things figured out but I wouldn't leave my stuff there again.

Thry have even told me I need to deal with the customer in front of me. The place mice or rats. I had to clean belongs as they had feces on them and urine stains. The access is difficult getting up the ramp and hoping to door locking system worked. I moved because I found a facility that is a lot cheaper. Closer to home. Easy back to door with elevators. Spotless clean and fresh smelling. I got double the size single unit for what I was paying for one of two units I had. I used storage from 2016-2024. Almost exactly 8 yrs. I moved due to cost, difficult accessing and teaching staff by phone. Distance from home.
