Drop off of equipment has been perfected. This is my second rental return this month at two different locations and both experiences were smooth and efficient. Keep working in the pick up process to make in line Registration and pick up orders as smooth as the drop off process

Employees seem to be talking on their personal phones. Attitudes existed from employees with most interactions. Customer Service Skills need quite a bit of improvement!

I reserved two dozen furniture pads in addition to my truck. When I arrived they did not have any furniture pads to give me. It made it very difficult to move knowing that my furniture would not be protected. Not only that but while I was there I witnessed them tell another customer that they didn't have the hand truck he reserved. But when I opened my truck there was a hand truck in the back! Clearly a poorly run operation. If you don't have the supplies to complete my reservation I need to know that in ADVANCE. And if you tell me (or another customer) you don't have something I expect you have searchEd all possible locations. Will definitely not be using Uhaul again. Save yourself the frustration.

I cleaned the inside with wipes for safety and all were very dirty. Not good with all the covid stuff. Also no furniture mats and no real attempt to get me any. Had to buy cheap blankets to protect my furniture. Also no masks but one person.

Waited 55 minutes in line.... and had a reservation. I finally got to talk with someone and they told me my reservation changed and they didn't have my trailer and that I was supposed to get a text that I never got!

I filled the vehicle to where it was given to me which was half a tank. There was oil in inside the truck and it was dirty. I called and left a report, because where I picked was super busy and they said here is your truck and go. Today I was charged over $53 for fuel. Why, because I put it exactly where it was when I picked it up. I will never use Uhual again. Oh I have the pictures and fuel receipts . Oh and they had me going to a totally different city then Madison AL. I dropped that truck off on the 14th of June and almost 2 weeks later you're saying I owe more. Spoke to a nice rep and was told I would be refunded within 72 hours.

After waiting on phone for 5mins the call was disconnected as if they tried to answer but hung up. I called back & said I would not hold, told the lady the issue, she argued that I had not called bc she only had 2 calls. So, I was put on hold again for several minutes. The reservation process was simple & polite. Picking up truck was simple & polite. Somehow, name is drastically miss spelled (Braecklein). Employee handed us key w/o inspecting truck with us. I took pics of the "X claim" sticker areas. Check in was simple. Btw, employees should never speak in front of customers about another employees downfalls--never.

I scheduled your 17' moving van scheduled for a 10:00am pickup. While waiting 45 min., I was told van was not available. They said I could have their 15' van but it had a leak at the marker light that needed to be repaired first. If it could not be fixed, then they would call another location to see if they had an extra van available for me. luckily they were able to fix the 15' van. Upon my drop off at 4:50pm, I was told that there would be a surcharge of ±$5.75 because the gas tank was slightly below half. When I picked up the van, the gas tank was slightly above 1/4. Luckily she believed me and forgave the surcharge.
