Employees were fantastic. They were slammed busy when we arrived so it took a bit to get them outside to make sure we hooked up the car to the transport correctly. The girl who did check it out didn't have much experience with it. When we arrived to our destination one of the tire web straps had slipped off the tire completely but the ratchet was still locked. Thank God it didn't come off the transport and kill anyone. I think more thorough training is needed and better inspections done by Uhaul.Judson B.

If a person reserves items, you should have them readily available. You should know what is reserved for the day and plan accordingly for walk-ins and last minute customers that reserves and or purchased these items. It's unprofessional. As well as remember to annotate that the item wasn't available and removed from a person's close out transaction. So that you aren't being called and questioned about items that were reserved but not recieved.Tinna B.
Location to get truck was suddenly changed to a very invonvenient store the day before. I did not appreciate having to drive an extra 15 miles each way. If the website says a truck has been reserved at a specific locatikn, then the truck should be there waiting for the customer!!Edgar H.

This is actually my second time renting from this particular location. The vehicles are never clean, the gas is always low in the vehicles and the customer service is subpar. Today my vehicle had shattered glass throughout the cabin area and food/liquid stains caked in. The driver door you had to force it shut, the driver seat belt had so much stuff caked in it, thst is would barely move. The engine light came on and there was more damage to the vehicle than was listed before I made my adjustments prior to checking in completely. Talk to the personnel that work on property, they were like oh don't worry just bring it back like that and we want charge you for the cleaning, sorry about that. That's what I am being told. Then today when I went to turn my vehicle in, there was no one available at the return station like usual Uhaul Centers, the app was giving me issues and I sat therr for over 15 minutes trying. I then decided to go inside and see if I could get some help. Well the answer to that question was no. Because one young lady was talking to an alleged customer. The other one who actually acknowledged me rudely was talking to her boyfriend/significant other/or friend, while his motorcycle helmet was on the counter and he leaned over. An his bie was illegally parked right in front of the entrance to the actual store part. All the young lady say was , "uh no, is the gas where it was when you dropped it off and if it is you can give the key and we will get to your check in when we can". I said and yes and okay. The room had an awkward silence as the young man on the motorcycle just looked at me and smiled because felt like I wanted to say something and I did but i didn't. How unprofessional, disrespectful and just not a great representation of the Uhaul organization. The time before that, the young man and woman was just lazy did want to get up. I had to move to another counter just ti pay for stuff because it wasn't working and they had to type in my card. The young lady was busy taking about her personal like and eating hot chettos and hot sauce and licking herr finger, like germs snd COVID-19 isn't still happening. Plus at thr front counter, you just don't do that. I am in the Navy (17 years) an I have to deploy in Monday and I needed ro get my stuffed moved so I ate half of a humble pie and smiled to get through the situation I dealt with a Uhaul today in particular. If I do get an opportunity on this deployment, I have plans on writing the corporate office because this is truly unsatisfactory. When I return from deployment, I will mostly like hire a moving company or try something different but definitely not be using this Uhaul location ever again. The staff here are professional and helpful all the way. Though I had to drop off the Auto Transport Trailer a day before, it was still okay with them and they assisted greatly; the following day, I did an online auto drop-off to the same location because it was past their official business hours, a couple of gentlemen who were exiting the building at the time also directed me to where to park the truck and show me the dropbox where I needed to drop the truck's key once I was done completing the online auto-return form.Joseph A.

When returning the 10' Van back to this location, It was a worker about to enter the building when I was and she asked was I returning the van back I said yes, she took the keys and send we will send you receipt to your email, I stated to her I need the receipt and the amount of the payment now due to someone paying the balance. We both went inside while entering the building it was three other workers just standing around talking the young lady handed the receipt to one of the guys and everyone look like I did something wrong cause I wanted my receipt right than and there. So if the man come back from checking the mileage and gas he stated to me that I had to pay a $11 dollars to get the gas gaged by the line and I told him it is I also showed him the paper where the young lady that check me in mark where it has to be at. He said that's not right and I check the link it shows where the gaged is at I stated to him I was not told to check a link for that I was told to take a picture of my license that was it. He told I would need two more gallons to put it where it needs to be when it was where it needed to be, I told the guy I will take it to the gas station, when I put two more gallons it put the damn van at full which I thought that was wrong of them. The employee who checked me back in when I returned the van, picked a verbal altercation with me, multiple times said he wished he wasn't working so that he could fight me, and when I attempted to leave, stood behind my car and took a picture of my license plate. I distinctly recall that the Young Gentleman told me that the trailer was due to be turned in on Monday 28 Mar at 1230. I was charged an extra day's rental of $34.10 due to the turn-in time on the contract being Sunday, 27 Mar. The staff was not friendly. I sent several emails to stop my contract and they did not respond. When I called I was on hold for 8 minutes. I was charged fir a full extra month that I did not need or want. I had tried to terminate my contract. I think the staff intentionally dud not respond to me so they could charge me one more month. And the garage door to access the storage units is broken, making it difficult to bring in furniture through the small door. I would absolutely not recommend this location. The setup of the building is awkward and the main office is on the complete opposite side of the storage entrance. The driveways to the storage unloading is small and the uhauls don’t fit up the ramp to the upper floors. There are no clear direction on which door leads to the second floor or vs the first floor. The only issue I have with the establishment is that there is no storage for people with motorcycles or scooters accommodations need to be made for people with motorcycles and scooters because when people are moving from one place to another sometimes they need to store these kind of vehicles until they get settled other than that the only other issue I have is if you go into the storage unit at night sometimes the lights will shut off in the building forcing you to wander around in the dark until you move in the right place and they come back on I believe they are motion sensored lights but that can be dangerous at night if you're in there moving stuff and they happen to go out I've had this happen on two or three occasions where I be moving stuff in or out and the lights go out forcing me to wander around until I hit the sensors that activate the lights to come back on other than that I find no fault in the establishment at alljames l. | First Impressions

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I had to wait at least an hour for someone to remove a lock on the unit at the time of my move-in. They were unable to unlock it due to rust and it took an hour for the issue to be resolved. I completed my check in and was walked to my storage. I placed all of my belongs on the elevator and proceeded to my unit on the 3rd floor. When I got off elevator and arrived Within an hour another customer at moved into my storage and placed their lock on my paid storage. I could not get through to the front office via phone so I had to leave my items on the elevator and walk to the office. Once I arrived I was told I had to wait until the lady who helped me get off of lunch. I explained my things are on the elevator we have already been here for hours can you just give me another unit. I was told I had to wait. The lady comes back and tries to figure out what is going on. This takes over an hour. The store manager was called and advised they cannot do anything for me. I had to take a smaller unit or pay a lot more the bigger. I explained I do not have the money. I am a single parent and already stretched with funding. I contacted corporate Uhaul and spoke with the supervisor and was on the phone for 45 min. The supervisor spoke with the cashier after we waited 20 min for her to get on the phone because she would not get on the phone. The employee lied to corporate and told the lady the customer will be there any min to get in storage and remove their belongings from my storage so I can move in. The corporate supervisor said there is nothing they can do but she will notate the account to contact the regional manger. I had to wait another 1 hour for the people to get there then a longer time to remove their items so my things can be moved in. We spent a total of over 5 hours. I was met with an attitude and disrespect. This is outrageous. I have never been treated this way by a company. The manger had no regard for customer service or cared and the employee continued to cut me off and not allow me to talk. I would like someone from corporate to contact me back. Other customers had to wait hours to use the one elevator because our belongings were stuck on the elevator with no where to go. The is unacceptable. The staff are great and the location is convenient. I honestly had no issues with the staff or the facility in general. Unfortunately, there’s always a ton of homeless people milling around outside and trying to follow you in and the big garage doors don’t close right behind you. I had a guy try to take stuff while I was making trips between my unit and my vehicle, and the ramps to the second level aren’t fit for anything larger than a sedan, so I had to park on the street. This place is in need of an update and needs a security guard to watch the back ramp doors. Additionally, 24/7 access and 24/7 security should be a thing at every U-Haul. Like I said though, the staff are great and doing their best. I had zero issues with staff and Autumn was always a pleasure to talk to. The storage units are made out of plywood and chicken wire. Not secure or safe. It is not ventilated and very hot. Access to the storage is almost impossible. Cant fit uhaul into the storage area and even a normal car is a very tight fit. The 'gate' is broken and not fully.closed and looks.like it's been pried open on the bottom. Zero stars. It was not communicated that the elevator was Not working in the rental process. Although inconvenient, it would not have been a problem if the 3rd floor unit had better stairwell access. Due to the narrow stairwell entrance, we were unable to move any large pieces of furniture into the unit. Due to this, my couch is now sitting in my fiancé’s apartment. There is also no indication that the elevator will be fixed anytime soon which makes removing my belongings a a nightmare. I would not have rented the unit if I had known about the access issues. Apparently the facility had a broken elevator for quite some time. When I tried to move out I had to carry my furniture down a ramp. Much of it got broken as I attempted to do so. Some kind of notification should have been given especially since they still accepted full payment of the storage rent! Also there were rat droppings on most of my belongings! Roaches. Stinky. Scary. Two roaches hitched a ride and ended up in my brand new garage. I had to throw out all cardboard immediately and scrub garage to prevent an infestation. This storage is infested with rodents. I will never rent here again. I'm paying for a unit with insurance and still no help. I'm probably gonna have to get channel 10 on your side.
