Self_return via U-Haul APP not working-could not take pictures. Overcharged by one more day. Why not check the security camera to verify the date of return? I had to make several phone calls to get refund for overcharge.

The truck would not change gears, the front end was pulling, the truck drove horribly. Took it back, the worse truck I ever drove. Even the guy that rented me the truck said they supposedly had it fixed but it was not. Wow, y'all have put ur customers in danger giving an unsafe vehicle. Please take the time to test drive your trucks if you say they were sent for repair/maintenance

It was like he couldn’t understand that I wanted to do the self drop off not wait on him to do his job because I had to be somewhere which is why I chose that type of drop off then he tried to charge me more than what I had already been quoted from the app just to find out that I was done checking it in

The cargo van constantly read change engine oil, I fell into the van because the rubber was not tacked to the floor, and I was emailed a contract different from the one received when I picked up the van.

Honestly, I wish I could rate this location a 0. The manager is a terrible representative of your company, I’m sorry to say. My family and I do not know why he was hired. He needs some manners and needs to go back to training or get fired altogether. He showed ZERO concern for us at all. We are completely disgusted with the way he treated us and had NO response or remorse for us when we discovered that the $1,000’s of stuff we had been storing with them while my husband was deployed had become completely rat-infested, complete with pictures of a dead one on our mattress. We will absolutely be filing a claim and telling our friends never to use this location ever again. What a horror. My husband comes home in under a month and now I have to deal with all of this buying a new couch and bed, etc. It’s stressful, to say the least, and should have NEVER happened. I fully blame U-HAUL. They told us in July that they would make sure the situation was handled. If it had truly been handled, this would never have happened. In all seriousness, please reconsider your choice of management for this region. Chris Willis truly was terrible. I have 7 witnesses who agree and will not be using U-Haul now. You can thank your manager at that location.

We had a little trouble finding the drop box at this location at first. Maybe something bigger and more noticeable than a slot in the side of the door with a small "Key Drop" sign on the window might be better.
